Sharif D was an excellent person to help me find what I needed and did so in a timely manner. Unfortunately in the text survey I accidentally said I was unsatisfied with his service and this was due to my dyslexia. I meant to give the best rating. Honestly he deserves a raise!

AT&T does a great job in greeting their customers immediately when you walk in. They are friendly and within minutes they assisted me with the issues that I had with my phone. The issues were resolved and I appreciate that it took less than 15 minutes of my time, and I can walk away with assurance that if I need anything else I know they will assist me with excellent service

I would love to thank Mr. Sean for his top tier customer service abilities for helping me add my wife to my phone plan and upgrading her phone. He explained every part of the process in clear details and helped us find the best quality phone for the more affordable price. I would highly recommend him to any future and current AT&T customers!!!

Sean Johnson was amazing!! He was very patient with our family! Sean went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best deal and price on our new phones. I highly recommend to ask for him by name when you go in the store to get the best deal possible!

Let me start by saying, it was the best experience I've ever had. The store manager and another employee went above and beyond to help me with a serious issue I had. They understood I was in need of my service. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much for everything you did for me. Also I have to say, it's the best cell service I've had. Go see these fine folks for your cell, internet and other needs to notch service and products!!

If you end up having to go to the AT&T store on Norman Drive ask for Devon. He was very helpful with resolving the issue we had on one of our phones. Very professional and respectful.

Had went into the store having issues with my daughter‘s phone. Devon, an associate at the store was extremely helpful with getting our issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. We had went to a different store as well as going to geek squad and no one could fix our issue for us. Devon was extremely helpful and patient with me through the process.

Very great service, they helped me get my phone back. And because one of the guys gave me great advice I was able to get my phone replaced for free by going through apple services instead.

The woman who took care of me went above and beyond. She was kind, assertive, and well-informed.
She was "present" for the sale/not distracted. She tried to up-sale me but not pushy. She complimented me on my "Sanford and son" christmas sweater and wrapped my son's present... generally, I have no complaints about experience.
