I rented a car for the weekend i returned the car a day early and i made sure it had a full tank, it was clean and im still waiting on my deposit it’s been 10 days and im still waiting very disappointed never again

Tried to rent a car on a holiday Sunday…they had closed down around noon and my reservation was for 9:30 pm…gave silly @$$ excuse for closing early. They cost me two uber trips, a hotel room for the night. Went with another rental car company. Avis has a big red line thru it for me now.

Car was dirty they never cleaned it beforehand
It also was not fully on gas
However the front desk was efficient and helpful
