We called bill to get a unit and he answered the phone with an attitude and said well I can't help you and hung up on our face!!! It's storming raining and we got scammed out of a storage unit but called bill being his site says 24hours but he said we're not truely 24hours!!!! Please update your stuff sir!!!!

This has been the easiest, most low stress storage unit experience I’ve ever had. Bill goes above and beyond in the customer service department, the location/hours are incredibly convenient, and these prices can’t be beat. You won’t regret doing business with Bill.

Bills great to work with! It’s pretty cool how you can rent a storage unit without a physical person standing in front of you! They are open 24hrs a day. The place is very clean and cameras everywhere. I feel my stuff is pretty safe here. Highly recommend!

Very rude and condescending. Called to ask him some questions about my unit and he was just plain out rude and would not answer me or explain anything to me and then proceeded to tell me, tight before hanging up on me, "you need to call me back before 5 if you want to know anything" but he is "open" 24 hours so there was no reason he should have got rude, mean, or aggravated when he clearly states on his signage "open 24 hours". This is how every single conversation has gone with him and I. Literally every conversation. And it is not over the top for me to expect that. Your sign says "24 hours" && I called you one time and it was the first time I had called you at 11:30pm. I did NOT call you 3 times! It was still very over the top for you to speak to me that way as well as cuss me out and hang up in my face. All I did was ask questions trying to figure out what was going on!

Bill is very kind and respectful. We drove in from Phoenix and needed a place to store our trailer. Bill actually did not have room at the time but he made room for us. He went above and beyond and out of his way to make room for a cargo trailer. Very clean safe and secure business with 24-hour surveillance.

I stored my travel trailer there for the winter. I spoke with Bill a few days before I arrived and he was a pleasure to work with. The rates are fair and he gave a great spot so pulling out was easy. I will use him again in the future.

True 24 hours I showed up late in to town and had no way of securing all of my valuables. But Bills self check in was quick and easy and gave me a way to secure my stuff. The unit was clean so was the whole establishment. Bring a flashlight if you plan to move in at night
