My name is Robin Wagner, I just got a new 5G phone. I am older and had a very difficult time learning how to operate and use the phone. When I went to one of your stores there was an employee who went out of this way above and beyond to help me and every possible question that I had it was very kind courteous and professional his name is Rakish Tucker. Employees like this are very hard to find their few and far in between. He was very pleasant easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product the phone. In my opinion he deserves recognition because if there were more people like that and customer service it would be a wonderful thing! Thank you for listening to me, I hope you take this into consideration. Thank you again and I appreciate all the help that Rakish he was able to assist me with.

I truly want to thank Ivan today (STORE ON NORMAN DRIVE) for working patiently with me in helping me get my new phone together after 4 hours of chaos with my old phone. It dropped that morning and when the store opened he was hands on to help me all while assisting quite a few other customers. We need more workers like him that do not crack under pressure! He was exceptional in trying every alternative to get my new phone synced and ready to use before I left. This shotout is a genuine compliment in him receiving the recognition that he deserves and I am glad that he was heaven sent for my new purchase experience. I love my new phone and he also provided the different options that would best fit my needs for the phone as well. KUDOS TO WHOMEVER HIRED HIM FOR THIS STORE!!

Went to trade in my phone because it wouldn't make phone calls but they wouldn't do it. I'm glad they didn't because I've grown accustomed to it and the problem was that my phone had recently been on airplane mode 🤦🏾

I have been a cricket wireless customer for over a year. I was in the store today. I spoke with a sales associate , about adding lines to my account. by the end of the conversation the sales associate told me that he would not sell me activated SIM cards as I requested. I ended up leaving the physical store disappointed, and also highly upset that a sales associate would not sell me something that I requested.

My grandparents used to always do business here, but lately they have been being mistreated. My grandpa had just bought a new phone and it messed up and the “manager” tried to say it had been 2 months when it happened. It had not been. My grandmother has a specific ringtone and his attitude towards it was and I quote “who has a song like that as a ringtone” very unprofessional.
