I called the store and asked will they be able to help with a disabled phone whoever I spoke with told me yes . I went inside the store waited an hour just to get told they couldn’t help with the phone . I told her someone answered and said that they can help she stated that she didn’t answer the phone in a RUDE WAY then she started helping the next guest. I asked her who’s her manager she stated I am the manager.I asked again because I know it’s someone over her . She told me all the business cards on the desk I got her name It’s ESTHER MACIAS and she doesn’t know how to handle business the correct way . I will never go inside the store if she’s inside very BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I been a loyal customer going on 3 years I always go inside of that store never again because she’s very unprofessional need more training on being a manager. Again her name is ESTHER MACIAS and I already called CUSTOMER SERVICE about the situation.
