so y’all think it’s cool to give me something different than what my doctor prescribed me. then when i call about it, y’all place me on hold and then proceed to hang up on me while I’m waiting like you think I’m stupid. now i have to switch pharmacies cause that’s absolutely ridiculous, don’t play with someone’s medications.
update: went inside to get it cause i got a text that says the original medication was ready. i go to pick it up and i point out to the lady that it shows the wrong one on the bag label. she said that the correct one is inside. low and behold, the wrong one is in the bag. what is wrong with y’all? get your stuff together for the love of god.

Number listed as store number is a direct line to the pharmacy.

The psst 2 months that I had to go to this E CVS pharmacy (through the drive thru) have been horrible. The lady that works the drive thru at this location definitely does not need to work in customer service. She has one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced in my life. The pharmacist ended up helping me last time and she was awesome! I know I'm not the 1st customer you've lost at thus location due to the way she responds to the customers and her almighty power tripping attitude! Good luck with that one!

Horrible customer service, from front store associates. Unhelpful and rude, always seems like you are bothering them when in the store or if you are calling the store. The pharmacy also provided incorrect information, regarding insurance stating they did not take my insurance, sent me to Walgreens. Who sent me back to CVS, who then took my insurance.

Overheard a Pharmacist say, “I hate people. It’s too early to be calling.” That was beyond ridiculous for someone who CHOSE her profession. Absolutely unreal and had an attitude whilst calling the customer back on the phone. I was truly lost for words. This person should not be in a career where customer service is important. Calling during normal pharmacy hours shouldn’t be met with that kind of attitude.

While I was in a psychiatric hospital my dad went to pick up my antidepressants among several other medications, but he was told that specific one was not eligible for a refill yet. I was told it was too soon even when I had less than a week of pills left. I go to CVS on Tuesday to pick up my prescriptions (with 0 pills left) and I’m told my antidepressants are out of stock and that they will be ordered, and was later informed that they’d be in on Friday. Friday rolls around and I’ve been withdrawing for 2 days, can’t get out of bed, given up all hope, and began planning my suicide. My dad went to pick them up but was informed that they wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. So I moved my prescriptions to Amerimed and was able to pick it up immediately. Took it when my dad got home and now, on Saturday, I am completely fine. Very glad the issue was resolved as I have a job interview on Tuesday that I certainly wouldn’t have been able make it to, let alone perform well enough to get the job.

This has to be the hardest pharmacy to speak with
I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Used CVS when we lived in Douglas and you could not ASK FOR ANY BETTER SERVICE.
Moved to Valdosta , transferred to local CVS and now looking for a decent pharmacy. I’m tired of the lack of communication, half the time the drive through is closed, and all they want is for you to USE THE APP… download the app… it’s all because they don’t want to serve the customer.. GET real CVS,,, take PRIDE in you service, your customers are how you get a paycheck.
Hire someone to clean your parking lot. The place is filthy. DO BETTER.. moving my prescriptions!!!!

They have to be one of the worst pharmacy ever. We only have one in our city and the customer is no existing. I will be changing. I don’t care what my insurance company says. I will pay out of pocket.

The BAD:
*Lack of Communication
*Failure to admit their mistake
*Pharmacists decides when to give RX
*Careless
*TOO many customers... busy & NOT enough working pharmacists.... (one person at pharmacy w/ 5 customers checking out, updating their phone #, etc., while in line & 25 minutes waiting...meanwhile one of the pharmacists walking around eating chips.....)
The Good:
*24 Hour Pharmacy??
*Convenient Location
Long Version:
Dropped prescription off 4/18/23, Medicine will be here tomorrow at 11AM
Came back on 4/19/23 after 11......
Medicine will be here at 3pm
Came back at 3:40pm..................
Told there's a lot of prescriptions from ER Now...........WAIT UNTIL you receive a message!!! She repeated herself 3x's
I'm sleepy, irritated, & feel an argument coming on!
Not trying to be rude, but Why should I have to wait.....JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SURGE OF RXs??? Honestly, that's NOT my problem! Maybe CVS needs to fix this! ...Hire more employees, Have better communication skills, etc.
I repeated back to her, the 1st few sentences I wrote above....
Seriously, the pharmacists or cashiers in the pharmacy playing games with people's LIVES!! OMG, what if someone needed an epi pen??! Please, please, DON'T go to CVS OR Publix Pharmacy......if you depend upon a medication!
Yes, I chose CVS because I travel, 24 hour pharmacy...but honestly it doesn't even matter if it's 24 hours or not....because the technicians get to decide when it's convenient for them.....
However, I've been waiting for a couple months for a call or text for XYWAV!! I Swear....if I didn't keep on them about my medicine today, I probably wouldn't of ever received it!
Without my medicine, I CAN NOT DRIVE!!!!
I hate telling the pharmacist how important it is for me to have my medicine.....it's not even about that really. I'm told a time, stick to what y'all tell me!! If it's inconvenient or changes, don't wait for me to arrive...PICK UP THE PHONE & CALL...TELL ME THE TIME HAS CHANGED!! DON'T WAIT FOR ME TO GET THERE, THEN TELL ME!!
I guess the little business pharmacies are the ones to go to!

I had my family's rxs transferred here due to the convenience of the 24 hr drive thru. For the last 3 months, the drive through is closed after 6, resulting in patrons having to go inside the store. This has become an inconvenience due to my back pain. I would love to know why the drive thru is closed daily after 6 when it is supposed to be available.

They lock me in the bathroom and you even need a passcode to go in the bathroom like it doesn’t make sense to me because why can’t you just walk in the bathroom?

Wish I could give ZERO stars - this is our 3rd time filling prescriptions at this location since moving and I have some advice … if you don’t like working with people GET ANOTHER JOB!! I’ve never been treated so rudely - the girl at the window literally THREW my prescription and credit card at me in the drive-thru (after hanging up on me 30 minutes earlier).I’ll pay cash instead of using our insurance next time so I can get orders filled anywhere but at this location.
