They lock me in the bathroom and you even need a passcode to go in the bathroom like it doesn’t make sense to me because why can’t you just walk in the bathroom?

Drive thru is never working. Bummer knee, I'm not walking inside. Switching to walgreens.

Wish I could give ZERO stars - this is our 3rd time filling prescriptions at this location since moving and I have some advice … if you don’t like working with people GET ANOTHER JOB!! I’ve never been treated so rudely - the girl at the window literally THREW my prescription and credit card at me in the drive-thru (after hanging up on me 30 minutes earlier).I’ll pay cash instead of using our insurance next time so I can get orders filled anywhere but at this location.

Zero stars is more accurate. This pharmacy has known for years that it is the closest to SGMC and the only pharmacy open 24hours, so no excuses for constantly being out of medications. My nephew was discharged from hospital with prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. Went thru drive thru to check on status. Was told they were out of oxycodone which was fine, just wanted the ondansetron. Was told it was $160 without insurance filed. Ok. Told them I’d come back with insurance card. When I came back with insurance card I was told they were out of ondansetron as well. Waste of time. Had to call hospital back and now waiting for prescription to be filled elsewhere.

Mary at the pharmacy, count your days as an employee, I hope you get fired on the spot for how rude you are to customers. We called about a RX for my son and when I say this was the rudest lady I’ve ever talked to in my life, I mean rude from the get go.

CVS - where you can NEVER get a human being on the telephone and their phone system is HORRIBLE. Fix your useless phones CVS, really, I avoid CVS when I can for this reason.

CVS customer service is excellent and effective. I am in and out at checkout and can always get cs on the isles when looking for a specific product.

I had my family's rxs transferred here due to the convenience of the 24 hr drive thru. For the last 3 months, the drive through is closed after 6, resulting in patrons having to go inside the store. This has become an inconvenience due to my back pain. I would love to know why the drive thru is closed daily after 6 when it is supposed to be available.

Hate to give bad reviews but the stuff I am going to say is completely preventable.I can never get someone on the phone at the pharmacyThey’ll “order” my prescription and it’ll be a week and half before it comes in.The parking lot has so much trash in it and I just happened to park right on top of an open plan b box and the pill film was on the ground as well. Someone apparently couldn’t wait long enough to get to a trash can to take it.Wasps flying around the entrance when I went in day before yesterday.I will say the front desk staff is nice and pharmacy staff is okay, but she really couldn’t be bothered by giving me more details. I felt a little rushed out the door by pharmacy tech.Shelves are stocked nicely and neat but shelves are a little bare.Added on 9/2 - went to pick up my prescription which I am STUCK going here for this month until I switch it and at 4:06pm they turned me away and said they are closing for 30 minutes. It’s a 20 minute drive from my house. I can’t even believe this place or how they stay in business the way it’s run. Pic of the lady turning everyone away now saying they’ll be closed for about an hour when they just told me 30 minutes

Terrible place!!!! July 10th I was in the ER for anaphylatic shock. It was late in the night and dr sent in scripts for epipen and 4 pills of prednisone. Now July 12th, still waiting on prednisone to be filled. Plus, I'm told the epipens are not available till July 25th. I'm visiting from out of town. Won't be here at that time. Worthless pharmacy!!! I would give zero stars!!!

First Impression: I came to drop off a script at 9am, Pharmacist didn’t acknowledge my presence, when I said something just to be sure, I received an attitude. Waited for hours for the script to be filled and waited on hold for 35 mins before speaking to someone.

Positives. Prescriptions were ready reasonably quickly after the doctor sent them in. They send text message updates on your prescriptions. They are open 24 hours.Negatives. Not all my prescriptions were ready at the same time and at the pickup window (inside) the technician (who has called up my account on the computer) didn’t even know if I had more prescriptions. I had to stand in a second line and wait for someone else to look at my account on a computer to tell me they weren’t ready. The biggest knock on CVS, when I told my doctor that I had to use CVS the doctor apologized to me. I think that kind of says it all.

I really hate I have the prescription insurance through my job that only cvs can fill my prescriptions. There service, & there always out of stock for weeks on medication.

The male pharmacist is extremely rude. I hate that my medications even have to go though cvs because it’s always something. He likes to talk over people, he told me I didn’t have refills until I was able to finish saying what I had to say and saw that I did. Hung up in my face. Just unacceptable. I have very expensive medicine coming through cvs so I unfortunately have to use them but this is by far my worst experience.

The BAD:*Lack of Communication*Failure to admit their mistake*Pharmacists decides when to give RX*Careless*TOO many customers... busy & NOT enough working pharmacists.... (one person at pharmacy w/ 5 customers checking out, updating their phone #, etc., while in line & 25 minutes waiting...meanwhile one of the pharmacists walking around eating chips.....)The Good:*24 Hour Pharmacy??*Convenient LocationLong Version:Dropped prescription off 4/18/23, Medicine will be here tomorrow at 11AMCame back on 4/19/23 after 11......Medicine will be here at 3pmCame back at 3:40pm..................Told there's a lot of prescriptions from ER Now...........WAIT UNTIL you receive a message!!! She repeated herself 3x'sI'm sleepy, irritated, & feel an argument coming on!Not trying to be rude, but Why should I have to wait.....JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SURGE OF RXs??? Honestly, that's NOT my problem! Maybe CVS needs to fix this! ...Hire more employees, Have better communication skills, etc.I repeated back to her, the 1st few sentences I wrote above....Seriously, the pharmacists or cashiers in the pharmacy playing games with people's LIVES!! OMG, what if someone needed an epi pen??! Please, please, DON'T go to CVS OR Publix Pharmacy......if you depend upon a medication!Yes, I chose CVS because I travel, 24 hour pharmacy...but honestly it doesn't even matter if it's 24 hours or not....because the technicians get to decide when it's convenient for them.....However, I've been waiting for a couple months for a call or text for XYWAV!! I Swear....if I didn't keep on them about my medicine today, I probably wouldn't of ever received it!Without my medicine, I CAN NOT DRIVE!!!!I hate telling the pharmacist how important it is for me to have my medicine.....it's not even about that really. I'm told a time, stick to what y'all tell me!! If it's inconvenient or changes, don't wait for me to arrive...PICK UP THE PHONE & CALL...TELL ME THE TIME HAS CHANGED!! DON'T WAIT FOR ME TO GET THERE, THEN TELL ME!!I guess the little business pharmacies are the ones to go to!
