I highly suggest DataCorp for all of your computer needs. They were friendly, had vast knowledge of computers and fixed our computer issue. They were reasonable in pricing, and explained in detail what the issue was and how to fix it. Earl and Sam did a great job and even called the next day to check and see how our computer was running. Thank you for your help and we do appreciate your customer service to us. And, we will be back again. William and Camille.

Honestly, the place was really gross and disorganized. I don't know how they keep track of anything in here. When I went to get my computer back, my charging cable was in multiple pieces in different parts of the building, my computer was in another part of the building and they couldn't even find my external hard drive. I ended up finding it for them so I could have it back. How the owner walks around in here barefoot is beyond me. He had my computer for nearly 2 months and couldn't get the data off of my hard drive. Multiple times throughout the process, he kept asking to keep my computer instead of payment. I got my computer back incomplete. I was missing 18 screws and the back panel was not even secured. There were oily fingerprints all inside my computer and the outside of my computer and charger were both so covered in gunk and dirt that it took 6 clorox wipes to get it back to the condition it was when I gave it to them. Lastly, the owner will tell you he will call you back but never will. Every time I called back he had some sort of excuse for not updating me, but consistently wouldn’t call when he said he would.

Very professional, extremely friendly and especially helpful! Fixed my Chromebook's shattered screen in no time at all for a price you can't beat! I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs their electrical equipment fixed for an affordable price! They had it fixed right before I had to leave town but I would most certainly visit just to get my equipment fixed again and you should too. Trust me! You'll be glad you did!

Mr. Earl done an excellent job in fixing my laptop and recovering my old data. The price was fair and the service was above and beyond. Don't goto the "box" computer stores to get your computer repaired. You'll be much better off taking it to DataCorp.

I visited earl on a Saturday afternoon with a hard drive issue. By lunch the next day he was finished and my computer is running faster than it had when it was brand new, he even added a better antivirus and upgraded my storage to an SSD. Earl did all this at an extremely reasonable price, probably less than I would have spent doing the repair myself. I will 100% return for any future issues.

I known Earl, for several years now. He has good technicians that work there& he works on PCs & laptops as well. They work on All Makes of Computers, and they Fix, what's Wrong, when they aren't working properly. I recommend them due to their expertise, in what they do.

Mr. Earl was extremely helpful. I had difficulty with an external hard drive that I just knew was broken beyond help. I was going to send it off to a data recovery website; but then I found Mr. Earl's store. I liked the idea of someone local helping me with my computer needs. Mr. Earl was exceedingly polite and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand (since I do not know much about computers). An extra plus: he was finished within two days and was very affordable! I know that if I ever run into another computer or IT issue I will most definitely call Mr. Earl.
