I went to Verizon on Perimeter and a young man named Toby waited on me. Toby was so nice and helpful and very customer service oriented. He explained everything to me that I needed to know, he even wrote stuff down for me. Thank you Toby for everything you did for me. You are the best!!

Well, this afternoon, I went into the store approximately 2 PM. I was greeted by a young man that I had explain to him. I had made a mistake and ported my phone with another carrier on Friday and today I was traveling out of town and I had no cell phone service in Valdosta Georgia. At that time the young man told me here’s the one 800 number to call corporate Verizon and discuss the issue with them. There was nothing he could do. I explain to him I had no service at that point he told me well you have to go find somebody to let you use a phone geewhiz I thought I was at a reputable cellular facility. Verizon is on the front door. Wow as I learn, this is an independently owned business. They should really consider training staff and customer service completely discouraged. I walked out the door without even asking for any more assistance I will never returned to the store. It’s shameful to think that they use the Verizon name.

Alisha, I think that was her name. She took everything from my wife's phone and transferred it to her new phone. She got a free watch on top of that. Nice, Professional, and knowledgeable people work here. I would recommend them to everyone looking for great service.

Horrible service. Though they can provide you a new SIM card or esim they refuse to unless you buy a phone. Contacted Verizon corporate and they should have replaced the SIM card with no issues. They lied to me saying only if you buy a phone and told me they won’t help. If you our a reseller there is no reason you couldn’t have helped. I won’t recommend them or buy the phone I am buying for a family member after they they talked to me and to refuse to help. They only care about customers if they buy a phone from them. Funny thing is I did buy a phone from them previously and they still refused to replace the faulty SIM card. Horrible customer service and to not support their customers. And to tell me this after waiting 45 min. To use the name Verizon being a franchise and to be so horrible surprised they let you keep the name on your business.

Ordered a new phone and they apparently sold it to someone else because they couldn’t locate it when I got there. They had been giving me the run around for so long about switching my phone over then when I finally can get assistance nobody knows where the phone is. Should’ve went with my gut and switched my services to ATT.

the attention was more than deficient to solve a problem as simple for them as entering a prepaid card to the phone, I tried it from the web page and it was not possible for me. That's why I went with them but they only had me on hold for 40 minutes, they tried twice by dialing the number I dialed and that was all they simply said they couldn't go to another store,as if driving an hour away was fun thinking that I have nothing to do, it's a lousy service I'll just wait to be able to enter this card that I bought and then I'll look better phone service.
