“I really don’t go out and write reviews often unless it’s a memorable event. There have been multiple occasions of the same guy doing drive up and he is FANTASTIC. I can’t remember his name but I know people call him the Drive Up King. He is always so careful with the eggs and bread to the point where he goes out of the way to make sure they are in a safe spot. I have always had great experiences with him and the rest of the target team going above and beyond to create an amazing guest experience.”
“My name is Robin Wagner, I just got a new 5G phone. I am older and had a very difficult time learning how to operate and use the phone. When I went to one of your stores there was an employee who went out of this way above and beyond to help me and every possible question that I had it was very kind courteous and professional his name is Rakish Tucker. Employees like this are very hard to find their few and far in between. He was very pleasant easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product the phone. In my opinion he deserves recognition because if there were more people like that and customer service it would be a wonderful thing! “Play pretty good they went above and beyond what they had to do for me the little girl at the front desk when I called and asked about my package being delivered I had asked if I could come by the store and pick it up and she told me no because you know how big the TV was and all this and I'm completely understood but in about 5 minutes she called me back and told me since it was in the box I could come by and pick it most people in today's businesses would not have called you back they do not put forth the effort has been my experience but arron's A Plus customer satisfaction and service”

“Was looking to purchase a new iPhone and as soon as I walked in the rep ( Skyler) immediately stepped up to assist . He was very friendly and helpful . I was stuck between the iPhone 15 plus and the pro max . He made it very easy for me to choose ! lol . Set up was a bit of a hassle due to changing from a physical SIM card to a ESIM , but Skyler stayed on top of it and made sure that everything was done right the first time . He even talked me into buying a case from Verizon ( which I never do because of the prices ) . Thank you very much Skyler for your help ! Loving my new IPhone 15 Plus ”

“The parking lot by was full, the store is easy to locate and there's easy access to it. It was clean and organized. My son was there to purchase a Playstation 5 bundle. The staff was very helpful, kind, and courteous. The store had everything he needed. The store is stock with everything a gamer needs and a lot of other items i.e. action figures, games, etc.”
