Horrible Experience I purchased 2 XBOXS X during the holidays that came with modern warfare. Im not a shooting game person. So drove 1 hour to come to this game stop to trade in for another game! Since I’m a Pro Member it would’ve definitely been a great deal to trade in my games for another game. As I walk In the store I was Pleasantly greeted as a Customer. As I explain To the gentleman who helped me I want to trade in my games. I was rudely interrupted by him stating “I can Only trade in 1 of the Modern warfares.” I actually wanted games but I felt uncomfortable and unwanted so I got cash and left. He definitely made me uncomfortable as a customer which shouldn’t have happened. I’ve never had this experience in California..BUT GAME STOP POLICY STATES…“ Customers can trade in as many items as they want and they can trade towards any product in the store, presell an upcoming item, take their trade credit with them on an GameStop card or a pre-paid Visa or MasterCard gift card..”He definitely lost a good sale and I will be carrying my business to a gamestop that I’m welcome to.

Small selection, even smaller of pre owned games. Would also expect a game store as big as GameStop to know the difference between new and used games. They'll try to sell you the display case as a new game even tho it's not sealed or anything, and stickers stuck right on the case. That is not new.

This Gamestop is the worst and do not have Roxie help you. They were completely unprofessional. I had a warranty on my headset and it wasn’t working properly and I went there to try to get a new headset. He said they could only be switched out for something of the same price. Which of course they didn’t have any. So then I said I’m willing to take a loss for a headset that costs less. I’ve done this before with no issues. Roxie kept giving me a hard time and since I walked thru the door with my husband, Roxie and another associate were whispering to each other and looking in our direction! They basically rushed us out of the store! I’ve called corporate and gave them Roxie name. But I don’t think anything will be done! This is not great customer service! I wasn’t asking for a more expensive headset for free with my warranty, I just wanted to cash in my warranty before it expires because my headset wasn’t working properly! This always happens with their headsets at GameStop! Roxie also refused to order me one either. Basically trying to get me out of the store quickly without resolving my issue! I’ve contacted the other Gamestop in Valdosta Mall and ask them if that was standard practice and they said absolutely not! They told me I could go there and exchange it! ROXIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
