I'm not sure if this exact location is to blame but I ordered a washer and dryer on thanksgiving. A very expensive washer and dryer that I scheduled to be deliveries December 9th two days after my husband and I returned from vacation. We had sold our previous washer and dryer since we figured we would not have time in the two days we had before the new ones were supposed to arrive. I got both a confirmation email and text saying my appointment was confirmed for 12/9 delivery window 7am-7pm. Everything seemed to be perfect but today I woke up at 7am in case they were to arrive early, checked the app, and saw that there was "no appointment scheduled" despite receiving a confirmation email and text. I called Best Buy and even on the phone the automated system said "I see you have an appointment scheduled with us, is that what you're calling about?" When I finally got a human she informed me that there was no appointment on record and I could schedule one for Monday, a day I work and won't be able to be home for the delivery, or two Saturday's from now. I understand that sometimes technical things happen but I received 2 confirmations and a text reminding me of my appointment and to ensure I am home during the window. I've never had issues like this with best buy but this will definitely discourage me from buying from them again, at least getting delivery from them.

Went to get a tv saw a ticket price advertised label, the TV was not displayed. Employee had to go to the storage room to retrieve it and we went to register and paid for it. We returned home and open the box took out the TV but no TV cord was in the box and there was trash with a brown leaf from a tree was there It was used. Took it back Manager asked "did anyone tell u that this was a open box". NO NO NO they did not. Who whats a used TV, I don't. So I asked to replace it with the same one(LG TV). The Manager said it would cost us more to get it. I couldn't believe it, had a few words. They refunded the money and went to Sam's Club and got the same(New LG) for the same price. Lost a customer, poor customer service.

zero stars my mom got me some beats for my birthday and not even a month later one of the beats side went out one side was working and the other side wasn't we went back and tried to get a refund we couldn't get one but they did offer to send it back to apple so they sent them back apple sent a new pair and now my beats have a charging malfunction 0/10 would not recommend buying NO ELECTRONICS FROM HERE save your money and go somewhere else or order online!

Called Geek Sqd in Valdosta, Ga. 4-8-23 at 1700hrs to find out if I could get a screen replaced on my Sam Tab S6. The foreign speaking Geek asked me twice for tablet no. I finally just hung up after a lonf silence on the other end.

After being on the phone with geek squads (twice) and a half an hour trying to communicate the issue, I was given a 6:40pm appt and was told that "yes, they can fix that". Well, my driver (truck driver) drove several hours to get there and when he arrived, he was told "no, we can't fix that here".Repair needed is the type C power port on the tablet needs to be repaired or replaced because the tablet is not taking a charge. Thanks alot geek squad for wasting our time, smh....

The Geek Squad website advertised computer component replacement, including identifying issues and replacing parts. We took a laptop in to replace the keyboard and battery. The technician told us that per their policy, the laptop was too old and they would not replace the keyboard (these limitations were not stated, or clearly indicated on their website). The laptop is 4 years old and would cost us $1300 to replace with the exact same model (as opposed to around $150-200 for this kind of repair work). In addition, we were told by the tech they could replace the battery, but we had to bring the new battery ourselves (also not in line with what their website states). Their lack of clarity and transparency on the website led to a near complete waste of our time. The tech was courteous and polite, even if she wasn't helpful. We went down the street to Mr. Fix It and found exactly what we were looking for with the kind of customer service we expected. They will be our go-to in the future. Skip Geek Squad and save your valuable time.

Sounds likes all of the Geek Squad service people really are geeks who don't want to work or don't know what to do, from reading the reviews! When I looked at Tallahassee Reviews and Valdosta Reviews they weren't good! Maybe I need to buy my computer elsewhere!

If I could give zero stars I would. I will never purchase here again. We bought our tv, took it home, and as soon as it came out of the box we noticed it was dented at the bottom and cracked. We took it back to the store ( not easy, it's a 65 inch) and they told us we must have done this by picking it up we would have had to have been trying to dent it to do that damage. They refused to refund what they probably knew was a busted tv. Now we are having to contact corporate and/or file fraud charges with our bank. I expected better from Best Buy

Some gal named Nikki I think, was extremely helpful. Super informative and helpful. Probably should be a manager of some sorts not the usual nutjobs BestBuy has as management. But usually it's the people who actually work that are way better than the pencil pushers. Great job Nikki and you deserve a quality raise.

I don’t know where to begin. We schedule a TV installation. The day comes we got no updates not nothing. We call, it was an act of congress to finally get to where you could talk to a live person and of course they are nowhere near your Best Buy location. They tell us delivery and installation is scheduled to be here today between 8:am and Noon. That time passes of us waiting around. We call back at 2:pm and told, yeah you have to reschedule they couldn’t make it today. When we asked why, they said, “I don’t know.” After I took off work and waited around all day. Now it will be another almost 2 weeks before they can come deliver and install! Terrible service, terrible communication, terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and hang the tv yourself Best Buy Geek Squad is useless.
