I always get the same thing for a baby shower and ends up being a keepsake for the baby shower- it’s a silver rattle that they can get engraved after the baby is born with baby stats. I’ll either buy it and give it with instructions where to send for engraving or I’ll wait until the baby is born and get it engraved then give it to them. They also have little silver spoons and plates that can be engraved as well. Perfect keepsakes for the family/baby. It’s not a baby shower gift that will go unused or unseen. Also for a wedding gift I normally get a Le Cruset of some sort. Normally I’ll get the braiser or Dutch oven. Those two are the most versatile and best starter pieces. The have a wide variety of colors here. Especially great for last minute gifts. They will have something special ?”
