All the employees are rude, extremely bad. Be careful getting a car reserved cause they’ll tell you they don’t have it. Disgusting attitudes. Nobody wants to help you. Absolutely terrible. I’ll never use hertz again, Thanks Hertz north Ashely Valdosta ! You suck!

I was charged almost 300 extra for an economy rental I had for 2 weeks. I was estimated one price but charged another when I returned. I was also charged a 10 dollar fee for returning 1 minute early. I will go with enterprise next time. This company is very dishonest about their prices. BTW I returned the vehicle fully filled up and as they stated in perfect condition. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

If anyone on this side of town needs a rental, this hands down is the first place to consider. It was fast, (they're not all efficient in town), professional, and I wanted to give a shout out to Cassandra(?), hope I remembered her name. She was top notch.
Also if you want a detail that tips the scale, they have a key drop box. They don't all have one in town.

We booked online unknowingly through a third party rental, we call the location and they said it was not accurate and the chances of us actually getting a same day Friday rental was highly unlikely, we spoke with Danny, he was honest and realistic and stated we would be way down on the waiting list, but he called back with a time to come up and get our rental. He took massive action and made it happen. I went from bawling my eyes out from a ruined vacation to hitting the road by 4:30 pm with my husband for his birthday. This place is awesome and thanks for making an impact Danny. 10 out of 10 customer service, we will definitely be back!

I only rent from Hertz. The staff is sooo nice.
Always goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about the staff! Exceptional team!!

Refused to honor my reservation at the time of my reservation with a lot full of cars. Said there was a waiting list with absolutely no one there to pick up any vehicles except for me. Told me no before even confirming if i even had a reservation. Never in my life has a rental car company ever refuse one of my reservations. Not even abroad. Especially in a time like this. Evacuated from milton and had car trouble trying to get back home. I will NEVER rent with hertz due to the two heartless / lazy employees at this location refusing to honor my reservation.

I am broken down from How To Town and Hertz rental car is not even going to try to help. There is no way I could have reserved a car for the future knowing mine would break down on a family trip. Thanks hurts
