Sadly, I took it to Kay first, instead of them trying to help me repair my necklace, they tried to sell me new solid gold clasps... when I had initially asked how much it would cost to get repaired, but instead, I walked out of their store saying, No thank you. So, I drove to Bishop's Jewelry on Northside Dr., and my necklace was repaired on the spot in like 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the service is Top Notch! Highly recommend Bishop's Jewelry for any of your Jewelry needs, including repairs!”

“I bought a pair of 1/2 ct studs just a few days before they had this blowout sale on the same earrings. I wasn’t too happy about it so I was going to go in and try to get the sale price of the same earrings. I ended up speaking to Hisham on the phone and he assured me they had the same earrings in stock with different ct sizes as well. When I came in Hisham returned the earrings and I ended up getting a 1 ct set for around the same price I paid for the 1/2 ct before the sale. Everything was really quick, Hisham even cleaned my other jewelry and changed my watch’s band for me! Highly recommend”
