The left rear signal and 4 way lights were not working as a result, and we were not sure if there was any unforeseen damage on the undercarriage. We explained our predicament to you and asked if you might take a look and at the very least, repair the signal light/4 ways if possible.You immediately took our vehicle into the service bay. As we waited patiently, we discussed our worst case scenarios as to how we would get back home. We were so traumatized by the accident that we were willing to head home immediately, if our car was the least bit drivable. After a short period of time, we noticed you walking towards us. Anticipating the worst, we asked how the staff made out with the vehicle. You gave us the best news that we will talk about for a long time. You advised that the signal light was repaired due to a loose wire and that there appeared to be no damage underneath.Wow, that was the best news that we could receive. When my wife Dodie asked what the cost would be, you replied with NO COST. OMG, Roy, you have no idea how happy we were. Thank you, thank you, thank you.Later that day we received a text from you. It directed us to a website of a video describing the repairs. That was the icing on the cake for us.When we left your Dealership, we decided to continue with our sightseeing, as we made our way back. We made it home with no issues and smiles on our faces. We really enjoyed the Barber MotorSports Museum and thought of you and your son working on your own bike.Roy, again thank you so much for all your assistance and exceptional service. If you wish, please display this letter for all your customers and staff to see. You and your staff went above and beyond. (sharing me stealership experience) after speaking with this dealership about purchasing a hard to find vehicle Elantra N, placing a 500$ deposit on the car, them going back on the deal after agreeing with me, then sending me 2 different price sheets with the price of the car being different on each one after telling me they would remove uneeded add ons, they cancelled the deal and said they would over night me a 500$ check. 3 days went by and no check. I had to call multiple times and finally spoke to someone that was actually helpful and not rude in accounting and she overnighted me the check. On top of that they charge 5k in markups and say they don't do markups. Horrible experience, rude sales and finance. Do not buy from this stealership

My vehicle is nice but do not get service here, had to schedule a recall update big mistake, I've had my vehicle for 10 years when they completed the update my Sonata shows I only get 376 miles on a tank of gas, before update I always had 514-520, called the Service Center and they have the nerve to say it's supposed to get that mileage, that's truck mileage I've been filling up for 10 years I know my car, plus my check engine light was on, it wasn't when I dropped it off, As much as I love my vehicle, I will never purchase Hyundai again, the service and service manager are awful, I would of rated it zero but you can't, do not get your car service here

Extremely shady establishment when it comes to used vehicles and keeping their word. We settled on a price, with them admitting they would have to replace at least 2 tires and correct a paint issue, and send it through inspection. We were quoted an out the door price, and then the next day, it miraculously changed by $2,000. Basically, a bait and switch to shaft a customer. I regret ever recommending them to anyone.

Great Hyundai Dealer. I am traveling and needed to get my maintenance done. The employees were extremely helpful and got me into the service department quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

I have purchased 5 cars previously from here over the years. 3 genesis, a Sonata hybrid and a Honda Ridgeline. The service department has been excellent and the service manager is great! On the day I stopped by she was out moving cars in the service drive and organizing. She doesn't hesitate to work to get things done. However, the current dealership manager didn't ensure paperwork was processed on the two trade in vehicles last transaction and it was messed up for months. They no longer carry Genesis at this dealership. I stopped to check on the Hyundai electric vehicles and found out they don't carry EVs and have no current plans to do so. Very limited vehicles in the dealership with the big majority being used cars from other brands. And trucks. This being south Georgia... ?

Bad service once the car is almost paid off. I told them the fuel pump was going bad. They charged $145 for a diagnosis. The diagnosis came back with no issues. My wife got the car and drove 10 miles and it shut off. Went back to talk to the manager and she was like she really was ready to get us away from her. I advise anyone thinking about getting a car to go somewhere else...PLEASE

I'm a handicaped woman driving alone from FL to IN. 45 mins. outside of Voldosta, GA the Malfunction Warning light came on and my car started to behave erraticaly. I had just had 4 new tires put on for the trip and was told to check my CV axle next time my car is in for service. Long story short, I called my friend to get him to make some calls for me as i was driving and could not go back and forth between calls and maps and I wanted to keep going as long as I could. He found Langdale Hyundai and that is where tIhe FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BEGINS. ROY the Service Manager saved me. He was busy but squeezed me in and handled the diagnostic check. Turns out it was not the CV axle and the repair was going to be much less than I had imagined. He went over everything with me every step of the way and was so very kind and professional. I must say I broke down in tears, but was so thankfulROY that I had the good fortune to come across ROY and Langdale Hyundai. Everyone in the dealership was FANTASTIC! If you are in the market for a great car, Hyundai in my opinion is the way to go and do yourself a favor and go see the folks at LANGDALE HYUNDAI. THANK YOU ROY!!!

Highly recommend them when its time for your car's maintenance service. The waiting area is large, and they have great amenities like wifi, tv, and complimentary snacks and drinks. We came in earlier than the appointment time scheduled, but Steven took great care of us! And when the tech is finished with the car, they send you a link with a video where they do a walk around of your car and tell you what looks good, and what you need. Shout out to Jason! These folks do great work!

Down for a visit from the Atlanta area, I needed my Sonata oil changed. Service dept worked me in same day. Friendly service staff, Steven was AWESOME! I was in and out within an hour. Way cheaper than other service depts in the area. Thanks guys!

I drove from 4 hours away so I negotiated on the phone. I gave them their asking price and they told me I could pay the difference with a credit card, when I got there they said that I could not. They said I could put down a down payment and send the remainder via check and then they would send the title. Then they chased me out the door saying that I couldn't do that and I'd have to pay cash, which I didn't bring because they told me I wouldn't need it. I left anyway because we already had a deal signed. I wired them the money that day. They sent me the title weeks later. They charged the Georgia State electric vehicle registration penalty, but did not register it so I had to pay it again when I registered.I'm confident they did not rip me off on purpose. It was clear that the salesperson, the finance manager, and the store manager are all incompetent and don't stick to their word. When a dealer tries to rip me off I just walk out, in this unique case I got stuck and had a very bad experience that I would not wish others to repeat. Find another dealer if you can.

Jeremy and Roy went above and beyond! We got a flat on the way home from vacation and they both stayed late to wait for our tow truck to get us to the dealership, then put a new tire on in no time. Turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a much more pleasant one. Couldn't have asked for better, more streamlined service. Thanks again!

I drove to GA for the weekend and my check oil light came on, I reached out and spoke with Roy in service Saturday morning and he told me to have it towed in. I was so nervous because I had to leave Monday which happened to be Memorial Day however he assured me that they would look at it first thing for me. He texted me to let me know they were on it Monday and had it fixed and me on the road home by 10:00AM. Hands down the kindest man and excellent customer service. Thank you Roy and team, you have won my heart!

I have only used them for service on my Hyundai that I bought while I lived in another area. Service has been provided professionally with no pushback because my car came from another dealer. From my experience with the service department I will consider them on the sales side whenever I’m in the market again for a vehicle.

Came here and had the most eloquent service. Our salesman Jordan Campbell could sell peanuts to someone who is allergic. Great deal we got and overall just extraordinary service. Simple and quick process and I will be coming here in the future for any car I want to buy/trade in.
