I ordered a fridge in store(Valdosta, Ga) back in February 2022. was told it would arrive late March. Day of arrival came and no delivery. called the store and found they had rescheduled it. they have since rescheduled it several times and it's now June with a new delivery date in August. finally annoyed we went back to the store to try and see if we could swap it out for another at the same price. All the fridges are now listed for a higher price and wouldn't honor our original price despite waiting months. they offered discounts but said we would still have to pay the difference as it wasn't thier fault but the manufacturer. We asked for a refund. It then proceeded to take over half an hour just to do that. Will never come back to order anything from them again.

the self checkout is a royal pain. I had to request help at the register twice. in the process I had to stand there an wait as there was no one nearby.

Just moving in this quaint city. Going through extensive remodeling can be an arduous journey. Visiting Lowe's made us forget about all the difficulties by encountering 3 exceptional associates at Lowe's by Michael in Plumbing, Heaven in Appliances and Amaya, the manager! These individuals' kindness, patience and expertise deserve the utmost recognition by their piers!!!! The are the ones who save and cherish the wonderful reputation of the establishment!Heaven tried graciously to overcome the system issues when applying the 'first time buyer's 20% discount's, at no avail until Amaya came to her "rescue". Well, dear corporate, your campaign should be made much more transparent to the customers and certainly much more user friendly to your associates. Kudos to the above 3 kind associates who are the greatest ambassadors of what excellent customer service is all about!!!! Please make sure that they will receive the recognition they so deserve!!!!

FLETCHER = Outstanding Associate!!! In the last few months, the customer service was appalling at this location to say the least. I think most employees felt as miserable as the customers did shopping here. But today, Fletcher, in the lumber department, really just gave our family the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. I have NEVER shopped here and had an employee so knowledgeable, helpful, refreshing, kind, and personable. Every step of the way on our shopping experience, Fletcher was there to answer questions, give advice, and even helped us load our materials! (Which we haven’t had anyone do in a while due to staff being unavailable). I sincerely hope that this message reaches someone that can appreciate his dedication to customers and recognizes his outstanding service today. I am extremely great full for his service to us in store, and for serving his country. It is not easy to find excellent service these days, and I know because I work in the service industry as well. I truly wish a person like Fletcher was in every department, smiling, caring, good looking (lol), and just a pleasure to have around. What an asset to your company, I really hope his value is recognized and he is compensated accordingly, and his dedication to the customers acknowledged. He is in short, amazing.

There is a major issue with your companies process of getting a water heater paid for and installed. I filled out the form on your website to be contacted regarding my project. NOONE ever called me to set this up. I had to call them! And they said they didn't even see my request in the system. There is no communication from the store or contractors to make sure Lowe's customers are getting the service they need. Don't offer installation if Lowe's has no way of tracking what third party has contacted the customer or not. I've been trying to order and pay for a new water heater with installation for well over 2 WEEKS. Lowe's lost another valuable customer who spends THOUSANDS in your store every year. Get it together!!! Now I'm a very happy Home Depot customer. They take care of me and actually want to help. Just go down the road to home depot and save yourself the heartache because they obviously could care less. Oh and a 30 minute wait time when calling the store? Are you serious? You guys absolutely STINK! Definitely a zero star out of 5. Strongly dislike this company after this. Despicable.

They have a huge selection to choose from. Let's face it, Who don't like Lowes and their fair pricing..Way to go to all their great and sweet employees they have there! keep up the good work employees, Your very much appreciated when I have to shop in your store. You all deserve a big raise for your loyal dedication and hard work each time I'm in there shopping! ❤

Best home improvement store by far! Installations, deliveries all were on time, professional with quality materials & workmanship. Never a glitch. Good sale prices, easy refunds. We don't even shop around, just go straight to Lowe's. Never disappointed at Valdosta Lowe's.

LOWE'S WARNING... Live and I'll never learn. You would think from my years buying stuff at Flea market ,I would know better. And spot a scam..I thought the Microwave they sold us as new last night at Lowe's Looked like they had retaped it.They sure did. I had been smashed. Repacked and sold as new. They did it knowingly..So back it goes for a refund and buy one at Home Depot..So remember this when you buy stuff at Lowe's inspect it carefully.

Always enjoy shopping at any Lowes, even more so since recently finding out that home depot doesn't give discounts to all veterans... Lowes definitely appreciates all veterans, with discounts for all, disabled or not... you serve, you earned your discount... as well as preferred parking for vets.

I called today to buy some rain gutters for my Home. Was transferred 3 times to that department without anyone answering the phone. The last time I was curious to see how long it would take for someone to answer 15 Minutes the operator came back on to transfer me the third time. I tried to explain I had been transferred three times already and the last time it took 15 minutes for her to come back on. It I told her I didn’t want anything from Lowe’s after all thanks. Selection pretty good. I was on crunches trying to check out Christmas trees, multiple employees walked around me not one offered to help. I finally had to go find someone to help get my tree to the register and to the truck. Can't get any help now a days. People are just rude and sloppy.

Came in to make a return, but I didn’t have a receipt. Without a receipt, all I could receive was store credit…. Which, honestly, that’s acceptable given the circumstances.
The clerk asked for my identification, and I provided her with my passport. I was then informed that a passport is not accepted as identification by Lowes. They couldn’t tell me why, but stated that it needed to be a state ID or Driver’s License, and that a passport card (which is government issued ID) is not acceptable.
I do not recommend this location.

It is my favorite place to shop I appreciate the military discount but they are struggling to get my two windows.
