Wonderful place to live—very safe, especially for families with kids. The service is excellent, and the manager along with the whole team is always supportive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is in a great school zone. Highly recommend!

YOU CAN ONLY MAKE ??? FIRST IMPRESSION
The property looked nice from the outside but I never got to see the inside. As soon as I walked in today around 2:00 (30th of April) the lady sitting in the far right desk asked what she could do for me or something of that sort. Once I asked to tour she let me know nothing was available and what was able to show was being cleaned.
Now, I do not have an issue with not being able to tour if that was the case. However, being a leasing manager myself I was trained to never turn someone away like that. She failed to ask my name, when I wanted to move in, or provide me with a flyer. 0/10 customer service skills this day.
The least she could’ve done was redirect me to their website or get my information to reach out for a tour at a later date in this case. What if my move in date was further out? That could have been a potential secured lease. I almost felt discriminated against which is against fair housing as she should know. Please remember to teach each and every prospect with fairness and give exceptional customer service every time someone comes in. Wish the company all the best! Could’ve been a better review if I was given the time of day, but again… you can only make ONE first impression and mine wasn’t good.

It's sad when your apartment office when not accept packages for theirs tenants when they are at work. When. you have stuff being delivered to your apartment you have to worry about your thing getting stolen from the front of your door. That is sad.You qork to hard to buy nice thing s for it to get stolen right from the front of your door. It should be away we can go to the office and get out package with any problems

This is student housing. It is surrounded by a fence but can be accessed by foot through the exits. They had police security there but they did not stop us to ask why were were loading our vehicle with room contents.
