I was disappointed that they didn't have more craft lace actually in store versus online, but the store was very organized and neat.

Great sales.
Man, do not go into Michael's unless you are going in handcuffs because BAY-BEE, they have the best planners and accessories!!! OMG!! They are amazing. The staff is super duper nice!! Omg!

The store is clean and easy to find things. As usual, I'm disappointed in the yarn selection. While I don't mind shopping on line, sometimes I need to actually see and feel the yarn before purchasing it.

I shopped here only because my granddaughter is in town. We live 20 miles away so it’s always a coin toss visiting a new (to me) store. OMG! This experience was amazing. I’m a sucker for service and Boy oh boy I was in retail heaven. The ladies that work here are incredibly helpful and informed. So genuine, too. I’m going back!!

For the items we were looking at they had a good selection. The pricing on shirts was very reasonable, but items in the wreath line seemed higher than what we expected. There is plenty of parking and it’s easy in and out since there is a red light. The store was neat and well stocked. Staffing level was adequate with multiple check out registers open and floor associates helping customers.
