THE BEST EVER!!! We were on a roadtrip to Kentucky when our sway bar inlink broke and brake caliper bolt came off. Mike and Son’s fixed both problems in no time at all. Cindy, in the front office, is the nicest and sweetest lady I have ever met. I absolutely love this little town, and the people. If you’re ever in need of repair, I totally recommend Mike & Son Service center. Everyone was so friendly and they treated you like family. 🦌❤️

I'm a college student and have been having issues with my car running hot whenever I'm idling. I came into Mike and Son's through a friend's recommendation asking for someone to look at my car and they immediately seemed to know what was wrong with it. They were extremely flexible in scheduling and even worked around my school schedule. I dropped off my car before my morning class and once I was done with classes for the day, my car was finished! When i returned, they explained to me what the issues were and what was done to fix the issues. And the service was decently priced (way cheaper than what I was expecting) and I will definitely be returning with any future car issues I have!

My car had been towed over because the shift bushing cable had come loose, and Mr. Scott went out of his way to call the Griffin Dodge dealership to have them look at the problem and have it covered under warranty while I was in class.I absolutely respect that, even though he could have charged me a price (around $300) for parts and labor, he had me get my part replaced for free through the dealership covering the part through a national recall for my Dodge Dart. While I had no real service done to my vehicle, the customer service I experienced was above and beyond what I had expected.

Best auto service I have had in Valdosta. I was having an oil leak and they were actually the second place I got a quote at. Next time, this will be the first place I get a quote at. Scott was great, and very helpful! Thank you all so much, I use my car for business and it is running great!
