“I want to give a compliment to Khia. We came in on a Saturday morning and she was slammed! Only one running the print center??? But she greeted everyone and checked on everyone in line and gave guidance on what to do to get what you came for. She even got the phone from a customer to assist with an electronic order because he was having trouble navigating the system. I came back that evening and she was still there - still smiling and still giving that legendary customer service I saw that morning. All the way to the last customer!!! I watched her exhale and head for the time clock. I knew she was beat, but her customer service was still in tact. She is rare. Please let her read this.
