“Sarah has great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and assisting me with my pick up order. The manager on duty tarol was VERY RUDE to Sarah while she was assisting me. He stated to her that I could do my other myself and she neeed to return to her work station. I only gave 5 stars because of Sarah professionalism and customer service. Tarol needs evaluation on how to treat employees and management training.”
“I don’t live close by, and needed a control valve for my log splitter. I found the one I needed online, and called to make sure they had one. Not only was Isaiah extremely nice, but he also went and put eyes on the item to ensure they had it, wrote my name on it, and had it waiting at the front counter. Home Depot needs to hire about 10 Isaiah’s!”
