I will never take my car here for service again. I have been here 4 times and tge last 3 of them have been a pain. The first time everything went great when I took my Buick Encore for service. I wanted to be able to show the service work if I ever decided to sell. The second and third time they couldn't find where I had been there before or where I had scheduled so I was left waiting for more than an hour. So the 4th time I called and had to go thru the whole thing again about being there and how they could never find my information they finally discovered they had my phone number wrong in the system and got that fixed but this is not the straw that broke the camels back. When you charged me 25 extra dollars because of a bad oil plug that you were seen beating off my car with a hammer and admitting to using an impact wrench to tighten it up with the last time you changed my oil and then tell me well they just go bad sometimes is a flat out lie. Everyone knows if you are the last person who has done the oil change 3 different times before it was your fault my oil plug was to tight and had to be beat off with a hammer I should not have had to pay for it. I do not appreciate being talked down too like I don't know how it works.

We had an excellent experience at Prince. Andy and Larry were great to work with and extremely helpful. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and gave us a very fair value for our trade! This was the second suburban we purchased here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They worked quickly to get us in and out with our new vehicle in less than 2 ours!!! We would recommend Prince to anyone!

I had the chance to purchase a 2011 Nissan Murano from Prince earlier last month, and Arthur was my sales guy. He was fantastic throughout the whole process handling any questions or issues I had during the experience. Once, it came time to talk numbers on Financing, Rob was very transparent with me especially since this was my first vehicle purchase. My family has purchased close to 10 vehicles from Prince here in Valdosta; I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Went in and was attempting to buy a truck. Spoke with the salesman and had a deal done. Agreed to terms and even have the text to prove it. Well apparently their finance guys messed up taxes and instead of saying hey we messed up and will make it as right as possible. The sales manager or finance manager decided to have an arrogant attitude and say well it's only "this" amount over per month. When I told him that I had a deal agreed to, he then made snide comments in front of me and my wife about the salesman who made the deal. Btw the salesman was awesome, guy was easy to talk to and not pushy. This sales manager or finance manager ruined the deal by his unprofessionalism and arrogant attitude. I would've taken the deal had this guy not acted the way he did. I will never attempt to do business with any other prince dealership. If zero stars was allowed, I'd given this dealer that. I feel like my time was wasted. chris thompson. please let there be a rebuttal to this.

Buying a vehicle from Prince was such a positive experience. From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone was so helpful. Cade Fowler was very knowledgeable and patient when teaching me to use the new technology that my car offered. Thanks so much to Cade Fowler and Jay Prince for an outstanding buying experience.

I would give them a no star if I could. I went in for an oil change, and came out with more problems. When I went in for an oil change I was given a new technician, they ran the diagnostic and said I had starter and alternator problems. So I said I would take it somewhere else to just give me an oil change. I was given an oil change and was suppose to get my tires rotated. The technician said he could not rotate my tires due to needing new ones so I said that was fine. Once my oil was changed I went to get new tires and once I got to the tire place I noticed my tire center caps was missing. When I called back I was told that they was on the truck and that it must have came off while I was driving . So after 3 days Alan called my mom and said he had found them. Then was my truck, to find out the technician had placed an extra 2 1/2 quarts of oil in my truck and then I was told that it was not they fault and now I’m having to buy a whole new motor for my truck! FOLLOW YOUR FIRST MIND AND STAY AWAY!! PSA: my mom bought a “brand new” truck from them just to found out it wasn’t new. The owner wife had used the truck and wrecked the truck, and they just but it back on the lot. SMH… This place needs to be burnt down.

Apparently they did not want my business. Brought my vehicle in for a recall, new tires, alignment and whatever else was needed and every service member there completely ignored me. I gave it 25 minutes and then backed my vehicle out of there and left. Complete waste of time.

Took my 2019 Chevy Silverado in to repair ignition switch because key would not come out of ignition. After waiting a month on a part I had to take it back for another two weeks and still not repaired. Treated me like I was a dummy. Also ask them to call leasing company to replace tires told me leasing company would not replace tires with 79,000 miles. So I took my truck to Cass Birch Chevrolet in Quitman Georgia and had truck repaired in one week.
