Needed my catalytic converter replaced and this is the spot! Reasonably priced, straight shooters, fast turnaround (dropped it off Tuesday before Thanksgiving and got it back by Friday), great customer service, super friendly and transparent. Cannot recommend them enough. Usually hate dealing with mechanics as a female and they didn't squeeze me or try to upsell me on anything. Just gave me exactly what I needed at a good price.

Joe & Kristin are the perfect couple combination. She runs the front house with such amazing customer service skills. And he runs the back house with outstanding communication and integrity. It wasn’t just about the money (like most shops) with him. He sent my car over to someone else just to make sure he could pin point the issue with my car before purchasing very expensive parts. I can tell that they enjoy helping people and not just trying to get a check. Great communication and honest!!!

So yesterday took my car to western auto for oil change because drain plug was rounded and they couldnt get it off and referred me to pro-fit muffler. Today I get to pro-fit around 1:00- 1:30 I noticed the receptionist walk in the garage to talk to the mechanic's as I was walking to the front door " never a warning " so I'm thinking ok just wait in the inside until she come back it's no sign on the door saying beware pitbulls are in the front lobby well your dogs welcomed me at the door and you watched me walk back to my car never acknowledging me or the dogs. That's piss poor customer service too the MAX!!!

I called to ask about getting my muffler looked at and they told me to come by and it is no charge to have it looked at, then proceeded to fix my muffler very quick and were very friendly and funny, I definitely will go back if I need any more assistance.Service: Exhaust

I had a bad exhaust leak that was sending mixed singles too my cars computer, I came here and they were able to fix it on the spot and very fair pricing, these are the people you need if you want good exhaust work done with expert eye and advice.

The welding was fantastic I just feel like. Better inspections should’ve been made .Because the welder took off my o2 port sensor drew on my universal catalytic converter ; that damage my truck floor bed and it was an harmful smoke entering the cab .

Well when I called them they quoted me a price and when they got it up on the lift it was a bigger job than they thought so the owner came to me and said it was gonna be alittle more than they quoted so I said sure so they got started on it and it took them alittle bit but the end results were just what I was shooting for,so,yes I would highly recommend them,they were nice and made sure their work was done right.

They did an excellent job installing my magnaflow mufflers, my x pipe, and 4 inch tips on my 2017 Chevy Camaro LT1. It took them a short amount of time to work on it which was great to sit and watch how they do it one by one. Great prices on labor costs too! Advance told me it would take half a day. Came here and they took me in right away and had it installed in alittle over an hour.They installed it perfectly just like how I would do it at home.That's saying something. I usually do everything myself at home. But my lift system had problems that day. Took it to them cause I didnt want to wait anymore while my lift got some service work done.They made sure it fit correctly front to back. Took their time making sure there was no rattle. I love this place.Came here before for a custom job and 6 years ago my moped had a exhaust fall off and I was stranded next to them and a guy fixed it at closing to get me home.But if you want friendly high quality then this is the place.Services: Exhaust
