Most staff inside the store do not greet customers. They are unprofessional when asked about anything and often display an attitude. I experienced the same feelings both coming into and leaving this location throughout my travels.

QT has to figure out something better with the diesel pumps / def pumps , I’ve stopped here numerous times and only half of the pumps are working.

Dirty bathrooms. No cream in coffee area. Asked 2 staffers about it, and they act like never heard of cream. Like someone couldn't go in back and get some.

Keep giving them a chance, but not like the QT's from up north. Only 2 choices of coffee available at 9am. No tp when recovering from the hurricane, even when stores were open, so they could have gotten enough to make it through until the next truck. That's what a good manager would do. Never greeted when I came in. I like the brand and facility, but the staff keep ruining everything.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Half the pumps are out of order. Shame on QT, I expect better from them, the Racetrac next door had all pumps working.

I can't believe this place doesn't have a bunch of 5 star reviews in the past week. Valdosta seemed to be nearly entirely without power when we passed through a week ago. We were going to stay at a hotel there on our way to Florida but it didn't have power. We didn't realize inland Georgia had been hit so hard by Helene and had a nearly empty gas tank when we got to Valdosta. We tried one gas station running on a generator but it was chaotic with almost no staff and the generator died while we were waiting in line. We backtracked to this QT in desperation and found an extremely well organized operation. They too were running on generator but I noticed they had at least two. They had blocked entrances in such a smart way to efficiently manage the high traffic and there was a large team of staff professionally directing it all. These people were heroes to their community and the visitors like us passing through. Thank you QT staff! Emergency services would be well run by the people staffing this station and you should all be proud about how well you handled this crisis. I'll go out of my way to stop here every time I pass through.

Low fuel prices, clean restrooms, well organized general store, right on the highway. I have only visited once here, while travelling, and they are better than most equivalents hands down. If you need a quick pit stop around the area, this is a really good one.

Very busy place. Very much in need of some cleaning. We stopped for gas and the Restroom. Gas was $3.09 a gallon. Absolutely did not match what was put in the tank. This will be reported. We were left short. Restrooms were filthy. Folks were friendly though.

Women's bathroom was sorry today but generally a great place to stop for everything.
