Insanely rude customer service lady at the front desk, totally unwilling to even talk to you unless you are a member of the bank. Luckily, one of us was so she had to do her job and was pissed about it. On top of that, they charge a $4.50 atm fee?! They must be really hurting as a bank to have to steal money like that.

I must say that before the pandemic this bank was 5 stars with customer service I never really walked in and was mistreated until last year 2021 the head teller left the company she was the best, she knew your name smiled and was very relatable with you as if she had known you along time her customer service was outstanding not so much the branch manager and the banker , I remember my first time requesting the manager in a empty lobby she made me wait over 20 mins until she came ,and then she did not greet with open arms and a smile , I've had to talk to her maybe three times about my account issues and yes she never was inviting in fact I got my feelings hurt on two occasion first time with the banker who came off very rude and argumentive, and the bank manager stood beside her in her actions and ways. and the second time when the manager brought me in to talk to in her office she incriminated me talking about my account loudly toned as if she wanted to embarrass me, the banker then had to work drive through and used the retaliation method on me and put a hold on my payroll check , we was doing a lot of business in the drive through because at that time the bank was closed to the public , instead of finding another bank I stuck beside them because like I said this bank has 5 star qualities but not great customer service especially during this pandemic

Mrs. Miranda Hines is a professional and expert at her job and making the customer feel welcome and at home.. thank you so much for a stress free experience, making me feel important and getting me in and out.. I really enjoyed the service!!!

This outrageous branch demonstrated the fruit of bad management. They were stealing from my business accounts so I closed them. In 2020 they stayed closed all year with the excuse of the pandemic. I make 70K and have great credit and no bills - the bootleg loan officer said they didn't want my business - so I gave my business same day across town. The ATM doesn't even work - to deposit cash you have to put it in backward from the diagram displayed. If you ask a question or point something out - they argue with you. They are like the cheating lover who can't let it go - despite the fact they messed up. I don't have any of these problems in the Birmingham branches. This is ironic for me since I'm from Valdosta and remembered home as friendly and at least competent - if not professional. Not this branch!!!!!!! No business sense, no common sense - and no corporate cents!!!!!!!

I go to the one in Valdosta ga and they all treat me like royalty when no one is in line and if they see a sad face they take the time to ask me what is wrong and if There was anything that they could do things are handled in a professional way
