I can't say both the young ladies at both locations really went out of their way to help me and went out of their way to try to make me stay bless their heart. My climate control the air conditioner is out so beware before storing your stuff here make sure everything works”

“Literally was just emailing with someone by the name of Samantha who seems to be following the rules but her responses feel very much so rude and passive. Almost condescending to some extent. I was in the hospital and had a major surgery to get rid of ovarian cancer. I unfortunately fell behind a month and was told I was in auction status. I paid the month I was behind and she refunded my money and stated that since I was in auction status they needed last month and the current months payment which they’ve never done before. I’ve been with this storage unit for about 2 years maybe more and I’m disgusted that they are so insensitive to me. I’m going through so much with my health and now I have to deal with the pressure of paying them two full months at one time. I could literally cry right now but I’m gonna be strong and just pay what they are asking me to pay.
I’d like to came back and say Samantha did contact me and rectify this whole ordeal. She’s really a nice girl and was just doing her job but she called me back and provided as much help as she possible could. She’s even been calling to check on me with everything that was going on with me and I really appreciate that. It was honestly a misunderstanding and we were two adults who talked it out. In a world full of chaos we need people like Samantha, a kind and sweethearted person.”

“Leo and Russ were a couple of great guys. Very knowledgeable and assured me of the size of the unit. Talking about above and beyond two Vets across from a AFB . Amazing I was scared about my 1st deployment they both relayed the experiences they had help settle my nerves down. These guys are great.
Deployment is going. Sent an email just asking about my belongings response was next day (I forgot about time difference) thank you guys.”

“I have had the unit for several years with no problems. Renting the unit was easy only took about 10 to 15 minutes. The lease paperwork was short and easy to understand. Any issues or concerns were address quickly. Monthly rent is a good price and making payments were easy on line. I have moved out of the unit now due to not needing it any more. Clearing out and closing my account was also easy to do. Like I mention before have been in the unit for several years and had no pest problems. I had no problems with my unit and highly recommend this storage facility to any one with storage needs around the Moody AFB area.”

“So far my storage unit was broken into twice this year. The only draw back to these units is they require a fence around the facility.
The storage site is one of the worst maintained units on Valdosta.
Update:
I have complained over and over to the female that answers your phone. I doubt if management has ever gotten the msgs. In fact, I doubt that Management has even gone to the Valdosta storage site to look at the mess. Shame on you for raising rental fees. Really soneone from Ms Lilian's shouid at ieast make and effert to clean up the area before soneone gets hurt when driving or walking to their unit.”
