I keep getting phone calls to confirm my insurance and am given a call back number. Every time I call the call back number, no one answers. Every time I call the local number, no one answers. I called the corporate number, I got to speak to a human, and they transferred me to the call back concierge service.I am giving two stars only because when I have had to go in person, the people were really nice to me. If not for that, it would be a big fat zero

There is apparently some confusion about the new appointment policy. Should you arrive at the PSC without an appointment, you are able to schedule one same day or another day based on availability or select walk in and placed on the wait list. This is similar to any doctor's office where you are squeezed in between scheduled patients when able. Wait times will vary. Should any employee claim they are not accepting walk-ins, call customer service immediately and complain. They are required to see any patient who checks in for service. The only exception is drug screen collections (3:00pm cut off) because these have very specific regulations that must be followed.

For 6 years I have went to quest as a walk in to have blood drawn for routine doctors appointments. Today when I went I signed in on the kiosk as a walk in and when the nurse came to the front she rudly snipped that I was cutting in line in front of people that had appointments and that from now on I had to make an appointment, that the walk in service is no longer available. I asked when had the policy changed and was told in February. She informed me that I should have checked the website before coming. If it is now appointment only than why is the walk in option on the kiosk??She was incredibly rude and ugly! Not to mention she NEVER in all the times I have been has pronounced my name right.. Its Susan not Suzanne Heifer! The lady that worked there prior to this lady was so nice and was pleasant to talk to.

This lab used to be a delightful experience. I purposely went out of my way to get labs here. Now that have a new check in system "for my convenience" that forces me to wait ridiculously long to have my blood drawn. They have double billed me multiple times in the past and I've overlooked it because their service was so convenient. Not anymore.

I have been extremely disappointed with Quest, since they have gone to having blood drawn via appointment. I don't mind making the appointments on line, but when there is a problem that you may actually need to speak with a person, I found it impossible. The phone system is set up to where there isn't any way to speak with someone and if there is a way it is!!! definitely not clear through the prompts that are presented on the phone. I have a had labs drawn for over a month now and my doctor has yet to receive the results. I believe I should be able to call Quest and resolve the situation over the phone, but that has been impossible. So my husband went to Quest and asked them to send the results to my doctor and he still has not received them. I now have a new fax number and someone's attention to send my labs, but I have no way to speak with someone on the telephone, so that I once again do not have to drive to the lab to give them this information!I don't even know who and/or how to talk with to resolve this situation!!!

Negative 1 stars. How can a drug screening be able to be scheduled in the quest system and then I drive 45 mins to get this done at the time that I clicked for my drug screening and they say well we stop the tests at 11:30. Well my appointment is at 11:30 the site shouldn’t have allowed it to be scheduled if they couldn’t complete the appointment before closing the morning slots. So unprofessional it’s not even funny. Even called before I drove the miles down there. I hope the manager of that quest looks into this because I know this happened to atleast 3 individuals today at the same time .

Quick and Proficient! I literally pulled up to the location, got out of my car, checked in, in less than 1 minute the lab tech/pheblotomis was taking me back to the room! Exceptional service! This will be my go to location for my future needs.

Have been using Quest for 16 years this is the first time I was treated with disrespect and condescension. They were rude and unhelpful. I am sure I am not the only one who has been treated this way, people don't want to be bothered to speak up. What happened to me was avoidable and no one should be treated in such a contemptible manner. Please contact Quest customer service if you have been talked to in a disrespectful or condescending way. I am sure they would like to know.

I am so disappointed with nurse's medical service at this place. When the nurse draw my blood, she did not clean the site with alcohol wipe. She just pretended to clean with really dry gauze and put the same gauze on the site of blood drawn on my arm. I felt so disappointed with their lazy work and so highly worried of visitor's wellness especially during this covid crisis.

This is the most poorly managed company in Valdosta, spend 1 and 1/2 hours to get tested, staff was completely uninformative about the need of appointment, walk in’s should expect hours in waiting time, recommend Labcorp next door.

The people working in the office are great however if you happen to work an 8-5 job you will have a very hard time paying your bill as others have stated they do not have a receptionist and it’s difficult to get in and out on a lunch break. Also the bill they’ll send you states you can pay over the phone 24/7 which is false as it’ll prompt you to wait to speak to someone and their hours are 8:30-5:00 and their website continuously gave me an error message when trying to pay. Good service, horrible billing.

I had blood work drawn in my doctor office and it was sent to quest diagnostics. This is blood work that I have had drawn multiple times in the past and the charges at those times ranged from $150 - $250. This most recent bill is $762 dollars 3-4 times prior charges from lab facilities. I called and tried to have the charges reduced to a reasonable number and that was denied. I would never go there again. I feel violated.
