“Super easy to get an appointment ( same day!) on thier website. Went in to get a tire checked for maybe a leak or bad vald stem. Turned out to be nothing, just low pressure. They took off the spare that was put on, refilled original tire and checked the pressure of the other 3 tires. Very quick service, all the techs I spoke with were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!”

“For decades I used Bear Tires when tire service was needed. They have always been "top notch" in my opinion. They were located close to where I worked. Since they moved to the present location, I have gone way out of my way to have them diagnose and repair tire punctures that no other tire company could even find while I was out of town on trips. We are all very lucky in Lowndes County and beyond to have Bear Tires in our community. I know I am so grateful that the Bear Tires owner and employees still have the work ethics that are associated with "yesteryear." “I found this place by mistake looking for a rim to replace and match one that had cracked. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I would give them ten stars if I could. Not only did they have an exact match at price much less than I expected to pay, but they were friendly and even took the time to check and inflate the doughnut in the trunk. What other garage do you know that takes their time to do this on a Friday evening right before closing too. They have a huge selection and I have no idea why people are saying they are rude. Leads to believe they were probably rude themselves. Despite being busy attempting to work customers through and close up, everyone was very friendly and helped me get back on the road fast. If you need a rim, tire, hubcap etc this is the place to go!”

“On my way from Moultrie ga to Valdosta ga this morning and had a blowout on my trailer, I called Best Drive commercial tire in Valdosta and spoke with David told him where I was, he asked for the size of tire and said he would go grab one and send someone right out, a few minutes went by and I got a call from the technician named Barry to confirm my location he arrived introduced himself and went to work, I was back on the road in about an hour from initial call, both these Men were very professional knowledgeable and polite would definitely recommend this location for any tire repair or purchase”

“I must say it's refreshing to find honest people who run their business with integrity. I'm in town visiting my daughter, I put a quart of oil in my truck because my check engine light came on. I had just gotten an oil change and I thought they must have not put the correct amount back in, BUT THAT'S ANOTHER STORY! Anyway, I had too much oil in my vehicle. I called one local garage "Mike Somebody" and was told they would charge me $40.00 to drain some of the oil out, and there would be an up charge to put more in, to bring it back to the correct level. I'm like REALLY $40.00 + dollars, and you're not giving me but a small amount of new oil nor a filter. No thank you!! So I called THE WISENBAKER SHOP, he told me to bring it in and the most it would be was $15.00. Once I arrived, I was greeted, and was treated very kindly. They pulled my truck in checked the oil level, he told me, that it was just a tad bit over and was fine. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING!!! I prayed once I spoke to the 1st guy, asking the Lord to send me to the right place AND HE DID!! IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE, AND NOT WORRY ABOUT BEING RIPPED OFF GO TO THE WISEBAKER TIRE & BRAKE SHOP. BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY!!”

“Our mini-van broke down late Wednesday afternoon on I75 south of Valdosta with a transmission problem that left us on the side of the road. The start of what I expected to be a very bad experience. We were referred to Earl Copeland by our mechanic in Marietta, GA. I spoke with Mr. Copeland as he was closing and we had our van towed there. The next morning Mr. Copeland was there early and he, Dex and George got the van into a bay and they looked at it right away. George and Dex diagnosed and solved the problem and got us back on the road in a fraction of the time I expected and at a fraction of the cost I was fearing. Earl and his mechanics are very competent, professional and kind. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one that I will not soon forget. I would recommend this group to anyone without reservation. The next morning, Mr. Copeland called me to make sure we had gotten home OK. You don't run into people this good every day (unfortunately), I have learned to cherish it when I do. Thank you Earl, George & Dex!”

“I really couldn't help wanting to leave a review for a worker who wears a green vest there named John Roberts. This guy was unbelievable to watch work as I waited for him to get me a surveillance camera set that was locked up. I saw him going around helping everyone at the registers like Superman , while he was working his own line and register. I had to ask him his name because he truly needs the recognition he deserves. You never see people today work that hard and to witness the extra he was doing , I can't say enough . I was a manager for years in retail before owning my own business, but on a serious note he really deserves something for all his efforts.”

“came up from FL avoiding hurricane Ian. realized my tires were not good during the drive up. called a couple places but none were as nice or helpful as CMC Tire. Kevin was genuine, pleasant and polite. he showed me the issue with my tires and suggested replacements, while also advising me on how to maintain the car to avoid similar problems in the future. they completed the work in under 2 hours. Kevin was even nice enough to complete the rebate paperwork for me and even put a stamp on the envelope! I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else if I lived in Valdosta. Kevin said he wants to treat people the way he would want his wife treated, and that is exactly what he did. this is the place you can feel confident sending your wife, daughter or mom. the shop is clean, the staff friendly and the service was exceptional.”
