I had a fantastic experience at Walker’s Auto Repair. From the moment I walked in, Judy greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive and sweet. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away.
The mechanic, Lee, went above and beyond. He was extremely informative and took the time to not only explain what needed to be done to my vehicle but also showed me exactly what he was talking about. After the work was completed, he walked me through everything that had been done, which gave me a real sense of confidence and trust in their service.

“My tire pressure light came on while I was passing through Valdosta, right in the middle of a 400-mile trip a few days ago. It was storming. I don't know the area and I didn't want to get stabbed while searching for an air machine that worked. I stopped at Quick Lane, apologized for being a weirdo, and asked if they could check my tires. I didn't get their names, but all three guys at the desk were super friendly. My tires were aired up, the TPMS was reset, and I was back on the road in about two minutes. Good dudes. Thanks for saving me!”
“Our tire shredded on the highway north of Adel GA and with no open tire shops we had to hobble down to Valdosta. We found Walmart tire center where Mikaka welcomed us and immediately moved us into queue. She understood we were stuck trying to get home which was still several hours away. After helping us get the most economical tire situated the team discovered we didn’t need just one tire but all four were worn down and were not safe to drive on. The team walked us out and showed us how severe the wear was on all of our tires. They proceeded to work with us to ensure we had the best deal on our tires. They did all of this while heavily over worked and a full schedule. The technician who worked on our car was very precise and efficient putting all four tires on our car and even covered part of the expense for our tires out of his own pocket. We can’t say enough how overwhelming it is to be in the middle of no where and our tire shred. However the people at this Walmart in Valdosta helped us recover and did so with kindness and concern for our family. I sincerely will never forget this.”
