I had a fantastic experience at Walker’s Auto Repair. From the moment I walked in, Judy greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive and sweet. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away.
The mechanic, Lee, went above and beyond. He was extremely informative and took the time to not only explain what needed to be done to my vehicle but also showed me exactly what he was talking about. After the work was completed, he walked me through everything that had been done, which gave me a real sense of confidence and trust in their service.

“My tire pressure light came on while I was passing through Valdosta, right in the middle of a 400-mile trip a few days ago. It was storming. I don't know the area and I didn't want to get stabbed while searching for an air machine that worked. I stopped at Quick Lane, apologized for being a weirdo, and asked if they could check my tires. I didn't get their names, but all three guys at the desk were super friendly. My tires were aired up, the TPMS was reset, and I was back on the road in about two minutes. Good dudes. “I have always used them for my oil changes. Have never had any issues.
Until the last time I took my car there. Noticed oil was leaking so I took it back, Turns out my my plug was not in all the way. They did apologize and fixed the issue. I would still recommend them for oil changes because that was the only mistake they made in 14 years.”
