“A huge thank you to Sidney from Sidney Rigdon Towing and Rec. for going above and beyond. Hit a deer on North I75 in Valdosta Georgia. Very scary situation as we are from Ontario Canada and had no idea where we were and what to do…also still in shock. Not only was the tow pick up quick but he was so helpful in trying to get us safely to a hotel…when that didn’t work he invited us to stay at his shop for the night, until we can organize how to get home.
My faith in humanity has been restored.

Despite the complexity of my repair, which in the loves and in 2 other workshops rejected me, it didn't take me more than 20 minutes as they were already repairing my truck and they didn't let go of my truck until they finished the work, for that part 5/5 What I would like to give maybe a 3 is to the waiting room and the bathroom, although it is a workshop the bathroom was dirty and the waiting room was a little hot, the air conditioning is not enough, the charge is not It was not at all excessive as I thought oh! And bring food and drinks because there isn't much to buy nearby. Very friendly and hardworking, they started from 5pm until 12:30am at the dealer, it was by appointment and it took 2 days!”

“I can’t say enough about how helpful Kell at Dixon’s Wrecker Services was for me and my family. Enterprise left us stranded without a vehicle for about 14 hours. When Kell came to retrieve the vehicle he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and could get to the nearest enterprise branch to get a replacement vehicle. We would’ve been stuck for much longer without Kell’s help.”
“I had been looking for parts to go on my old vehicle, and had received only best wishes without actual help; this place had the vehicle with the part and gave it to me for a reasonable price. I picked it myself, and the place was messy, but it is a junkyard. They were pretty friendly throughout the process and have helped me twice now with consistent results.”

“My husband and I have been stopping there at least twice a week for gas and snacks for almost 3 years. Everyone has been extremely nice and pleasant. I have not used their restrooms, so I can't say what condition they are in, but the store itself has always been clean.”
