When the Internet is up it is great and the pricing is fair.The only thing that causes me to give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of communication for a outage or upcoming outage.

We have gone through a hurricane. Internet will be down for another 21 days and they are still going to charge me for a service that is not available. Will be contacting the BBB and my state representative who is a good friend of mine

Horrible internet service. Poor customer service.Constantly going in and out. Can’t wait for AT&T to come in a couple days. 10/10 do not recommend.
