Only 1 person at the counter and about 8 people standing in line. The lady at the counter was very good - there were just a lot of people!

Picked up my mail and the African American lady working the window called me a smart ass after I couldn't hear her through her mumbling, mask and the plastic barrier in-between us. Was insanely rude for no reason. She needs to be re-trained on customer service
