Verizon was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The workers know absolutely nothing and will guess at your bill always. My bill was never as promised and I was constantly calling to try and fix it and it was a nightmare. Sufficed to say I left Verizon just after 3 months because I couldn't take it anymore. I went to T-Mobile and the bill that they told me in store was the bill spot on! I will never ever ever touch Verizon for the rest of my life. The absolute worst company, absolutely stay away if you value your sanity!

Skyler (hope I'm spelling that right) helped me and my fiancé switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, he was more informational than the manager when it came to switching from one brand to the next, great service from him and great conversation while taking great care of us, he deserves a raise without a doubt.

There is an older man they call "chief", a retired master chief with the USAF, who is a total j**** He is condescending and arrogant. He is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is, and when you disagree with him, he pretty much just passes you off to someone else. Verizon customer service is already bad enough, but this guy brings it down to a new level. I have heard others speak the same but just don't post reviews either with Yelp or Google. They just let it go.

Line was long, wait was long, all I needed was a sim card. No reason to wait an hour as evidenced by the fact they first wanted me to wait said he couldn’t do it then one hour later he could and did replace the card. I only go there because it’s the closest.

Keirra is the absolute best to work with! We traded in two phones and she made sure I was comfortable with how we mailed the phones in. She went above and beyond to help us. She has a confident but easy going nature and I loved working with her. She even gave me her personal phone number in case I had any concerns. I hope she stays at this location. She really is a gem!

I was very happy with the girl who activated my new Pixel 7 and transfered my data from my old phone to the new one. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Was very disappointed with this Verizon location. I had to wait almost 2 hours just to be told I wasn't able to trade my phone in. I was advised by Verizon Customer Service the prior day that I was able to trade my phone in.The Rep even put notes on my account stating that. I don't understand how a person can pay a phone off and getting to pay another off is not allowed to trade their phone in. I went to the Verizon store twice and was not told I couldn't get a new phone. As much as Verizon charge for their phones and there service..it should be a privilege for a customer to want to stay with them as there service provider. I am taking my service to Straight Talk...?

Service people have no interest, passion, in helping. It seems like they are tired, bored, or frustrated with their jobs / lives.Zero customer service.They asked their manager to deal with the client. It is too much for them.Feel bad for the managers. This store doesn't have qualified helpers.

I think it's ok but you can't just get a SIM card replacement if you are not the main account holder which in my opinion is stupid it's not like you want to change your service or add something to the account all I wanted was my sim card replaced because my isn't working so I have no service unless I'm on WiFi or I hotpot off another phone

They are horrible. Man with orange tennis shoes wouldn't explain anything. Was pushing and rushing and extremely rude to us. Interrupted us and then told a guy to get someone else to help us. Appalling service. They should be ashamed!!!!!
