I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for years and the service is great. The rewards are very helpful in paying for prescriptions and other store items online. It is one of my favorite places to shop in my city.

I called from the emergency room to get a price on my prescriptions I walked there from the ER, while on hold. I arrived there before they answered the phone!

The pharmacy department is nearly incompetent when it comes to properly billing insurance correctly! I have BCBS and Tricare Rx coverage and there is ALWAYS an issue when I pick up my prescriptions! They need to hire people who know how to properly bill insurance and how to handle billing issues appropriately, and with a friendly demeanor!

Slow and ridiculous wait times at the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is rude as heck. Why does the sign say they can fill a prescription in 35 mins or less if they can’t, why am I waiting over 31 days for my prescription and these people say well it’s going to be another hour and a half. I hope all these Walgreens close down they are obsolete and it’s ridiculous to have a patient waiting on certain meds for over 31 days plus and another 1.5 hours for a prescription that only lasts 30 days.

I get my prescriptions and vaccinations here. I trust the pharmacist and those who give me the vaccines, which are free here, but I'd have to pay an administration fee at my doctor's office. And sometimes I get reward points just for having my vaccine!

Never happy with this store. After checking the closing time on Friday night, I decided to do a pickup order, so that it would be ready in the morning early because I needed an inhaler. It is an over the counter primatene mist and I called them after 3 hours of being open and they said they would text me when it was ready. 5 1/2 to 6 hours later I had to go to the store because no one bothered to tell me if it was ready or not. When I walked in the store they act like they had no clue. Not to be ugly but that is unacceptable. One item should not take that long to put in a bag and text somebody that is ridiculous. People in the store have always been this way they have no sense of urgency and the customer service there is horrible.

The workers up front have the most nastiest attitudes I've ever came across in my life. The manager, I think his name was Jimmy was so rude to the elderly couple in front of me in the line. He wouldn't even give them the toll free number so the customer could call about her regards. It takes 5 secs to look it up yet he told her to look it up herself. Also witness an employee take off her badge/keys and slam it onto a display on the counter. Her name was Olivia and she started to cry when the older gentleman said he was going to report her. Saying how she's been working since 6am. If you can't work "long" hours and you're having a bad day then don’t come to work. We all have bad days but you don't bring that to work and act out in front of customers. Lastly the older woman who works in the front walked between the elderly couple and I and didn't even say excuse me. When I called to report to the store manager she answered the phone so rudely and told me "He's in his office." With a rude delivery. I'm not sure what's going on at the Walgreens but I won't be coming back. Hire some new staff and maybe I will.
