Customers can order fresh groceries online for free pickup or same-day delivery through Walmart+, with no mark-ups and SNAP EBT acceptance. However, the in-store experience is inconsistent. While some employees are noted as helpful, friendly, and polite, others are frequently difficult to find or unwilling to assist, sometimes walking away from customers needing help. A common complaint is that shelves are often very bare, with pallets of stock left unworked during shopping hours, suggesting disorganization or understaffing. The store stays busy, and online pickup shoppers sometimes appear to have priority over in-person customers. Despite these operational challenges, the store remains a destination for its broad selection and low prices.
I have shopped at this Walmart for years. There are two favorite check out clerks that I look for service. They both are very experienced, very pleasant, and I really look for either one when checking out. Wonderful employees.

I didn’t get the persons name at customer service but when I tell you they were so nice and got my missing items that I forgot so fast. I appreciate what this store does so much. Please give that person a raise. The time was around 6:50
