I am sick and tired of ordering food from you all and I get shafted every single time.. I can't seem to get my expensive food made right any more. Idk why and I don't really gi e a trap anymore. I just know I WILL NOT BE BACK. I know people say that all the time but I mean it. My husband loves your Dave's classic single and he gets these burgers on the days he has dialysis and thTs his treat. But I can't spend 6.00 on a sandwich that I have to the home put my own tomatoesand stuff on it myself. Idk about anyone else but I know me.

Humans. I love them. Loved even more getting to come through the drive thru and experience several workers surprising one of their coworkers with a duck on their jeep. This shows the atmosphere in this workforce is AMAZING! To have people who support you, it means the world. Getting customers to see that we are all human and need a gentle push or encouragement from time to time…it was the human experience I needed today. Thank you Wendy’s for showing that humanity is not lost!

I had an online mobile order my husband picked up, after passing out the soggy fries and warm at best JR. bacon cheeseburgers from their biggie bags, I had noticed that there were no large fries in any of the bags that had food in them even though we ordered two large combos. I then call the Wendy’s to let them know I’m missing the large fries and the “manager” starts arguing with my that they’re in the same bag as the rest of the fries. When I tell him no they’re not he starts repeating yes they are and doesn’t want to acknowledge the mistake that he or his team has made. Overall, his attitude was rude and immature. If he is a “manager”, he is not manger material at all. This is not the first time I’ve had an order with missing items from this Wendy’s and once again it was met with a rude immature attitude. Needless to say we will never spend another dollar at the location.

My burger wasn’t cooked all the way, I couldn’t finish my meal. Also I had a stomach flu from eating the half cooked meat.

An employee walked out, there was a man screaming, yelling, and cussing because his girls were fixing to start a tournament and he was stuck in line, and also because the door dashers (one being me) got their orders first. Side note: if the guy would have ordered his food ahead of time, he wouldn't have been standing in that line waiting for 30 minutes, as he said. He still got his food ordered first, and sent out to him, while I had no choice but to stand there and watch as my customer's food sat on the counter for over 10 minutes (not bagged) while they got this guy taken care of so he would get out of the store and shut up. Finally, when the employee who walked out returned, I got the last 2 fries I was waiting on, and was able to deliver. But, the employee did try to give me fries that had been sitting there since before he walked out, and atleast I was able to stop that, but I won't ever be there as a customer

I love Wendy's food, but their inside seating smells bad. There's always trash on the floor and tables, and the floors are very greasy.
