There are couple problems: front desk person and women showers. The front desk woman gets her head up to look who is coming and right away gets back to her computer without acknowledging me. But the most humiliating experience I had last time is when I was taking shower after swimming and felt to be forced to leave the shower in the middle of working hours because she needed to clean the restrooms even though I was the only one in the whole area. I never saw this woman even standing up before. The showers by itself could have some work done. In one of them impossible to stop running water, in the second one the water is not draining, and in the third one for weeks the drain was covered with hair till I removed it since it was the managable problem on my side.. If the new company is stiffing on water flow I can understand and pay the metered fee or tip the personal. But humiliation without any walueable excuse is too much. Hopefully the company will get some kind of friendlier customer service for not only to sign up new members but also to keep them.

Still new to the area, so far I’ve met only nice staff members. I have quickly learned to try to come at slower times to avoid getting in the way of others. There is a positive as the building is open 24/7 to members which is good for those of us who have a little social anxiety. The area is always clean and the locker rooms are decently accessible. The pool has a nice stair-ladder that helps people with mobility issues in comfortably.I do suggest that a few more rules could be more apparent for those of us who are harder to grab social cues so we don’t irritate the staff.

Very friendly staff, I love working Mrs Tillie and Ms Leslie. My son does therapy there. There's also a great fitness center in the building.

There is a locker room, but there is no way to secure your locker, and the staff do not have the keys to the existing locks.

The director Maggie Barr had an affair at they gym with my sisters ex - which was not issue . BUT today it was an issue for my sister to bring her baby to the gym (who mind you - she's brought to the gym since she was 2 weeks old \\u0026 has always been in her car seat the entire time not bothering anyone) . Please make it make sense !!

The gym is not what it used to be. The staff are doing a great job. But, the equipment, towels, bathrooms, locker rooms are all dirty. I expect a gym to have a certain amount of "funk" but this place is overdue for a throughout cleaning or remodeled. In an email, I asked them to wash their towels because of a bad smell, it did not happen and I never heard anything back. At the end of the day, I caught Tinea at this place and hope that you do not do the same...
