The only problem I had was its not wheel chair friendly I had to go half was down the shopping mall to get a ramp then the store doesn't leave much room to get down isles and no help to get something down from the wall. I do like the store though.”

The staff here is always friendly and inviting every time they see us. They engage in conversations with us about how we can better help them and vise versa. I shop here often because the staff is always willing to help and always has a smile on their face.”

“I called Meridy's on Monday morning and my call went to voicemail. I decided to send an email and didn't receive a response to my question. I hadfinally given up on receiving a call back or email response; I just chalked it up as poor customer service and I couldn't understand why they were receiving 5 stars for excellent customer service. Well, this morning( next day) I was surprised to receive a call from Meridy's representative- Emily and she sounded awful on the phone. She had been sick yesterday and she still sounded not well to me. She explained to me that she and her family were sick all day yesterday and she wasn't able to call me back or email me. She continued to apologize and that made me feel awful for thinking the worse about Meridy's customer service. Emily was probably feeling her worse and was still expressing empathy to me! Although Emily wasn't feeling well, she was still offering exceptional customer service! She even offered me free shipping for any inconvenience! Thank you Emily for exceptional customer service; you went above and beyond what was expected! I hope you feel better soon!”
