Cancelled my service today. I have ordered gas 3 different time. Twice I had to call the main office in Tifton to even get gas delivered. I waited at least 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I paid my bill and put in a order for gas 3 week ago and ran out last night. They do not have enough staff to deliver gas to customers in a timely manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

7/16/22 I realized my water heater was not working at my cabin. I only go to cabin about once per month. I called the Conger help line and told the lady my problem. Within minutes a service tech called me and discussed my problem. Very professionally he assessed my problem and enabled me to fix the problem. While on the phone we realized that the wrong area tech was notified but he still assisted with the issue. He was from the Valdosta area and I was in the Vidalia area but this did not stop him from assisting me. Once it was working he recommended a service call next week for an annual service of the unit and he would get the Vidalia office to handle it. I was very satisfied at this point but this was not over.Once the Vidalia office received the request the tech from that area called to asked if I needed further assistance today. We discussed getting the service next week and I told him I was satisfied at this time.This is just another confirmation that I made the right choice with my Propane gas and equipment provider. Thank you for your great service.

I want to thank you and your employees for your love of your community. As we were all getting ready for the Hurricane Irma you reduce your propane to help your community have a way to cook for their families when the electric went out. Some of these families had to use their grill to cook for their families for over a week. Where others were raising their prices you lower yours. Your employees worked so hard that day to fill each tank. I know they wanted to be at home getting their homes ready for the storm. Thank you and God Bless you and your employees. Bonnie Brantley
