Gentlemen working there this morning, seems like he is having a bad morning. Instead of trying to help me resolve an issue I was having with my document he says, “I just print it out the way you send it, I can’t change it.” Instead of let’s see if I can simply adjust and rotate the pdf and re-print!!!
I don’t expect much but I do expect for people to have some courtesy and respect, especially when I am paying for a service. If you don’t like your job go elsewhere!!!! Learn some courtesy Sir!!!

I have been using this cvs store for a while now and its service lately is horrible at best. Every month I have to get my refills and every month there's a problem. It's out of stock or they claim I don't have any refills left when I know full well I do. It sometimes takes my doctor calling them to confirm I have refills, then cvs says the refills were in another file in their system. I have one account, so where was it stored??? Find a better pharmacy is my advice!!!

This pharmacy is a joke. My husband is a veteran and we have to use CVS or Walgreens. There is not a Walgreens in Vidalia or I would be using it. I went this morning and they were not even open and it was 9 am. They are slow as molasses. I will be going back to City Drugs and paying for my meds out of pocket.

I went into CVS to buy a prop for my kid's photoshoot that was taking place the next day. When I walked in I was not greeted by the cashier. He just stared at me and cracked an awkward smile.Then when I went down the aisle I noticed the cashier (white male with shoulder length) had came on the same aisle I was on hovering near by. I went to the next aisle and there he goes again. I went to other aisles and of course he follows me. One time I stopped and turned towards him and just start staring back at him.Come on you don't have to make it that obvious that you think I am in here to steal.DO BETTER CVS WITH YOUR PROFILING! I wish I can give you a negative star review for this interaction.

this is the absolute worse CVS drug store ever. The manager himself was the rudest non caring non understanding manager I have ever met . very arrogant loud and just straight up RUDE, he dosent deserve his job. We went straight to city drugs in vidalia Ga where we received the upmost kindest caring people that wanted to help in time of need , the pharmacist there was awesome , they will definitely be getting all of our business in the future . I will be telling everyone I know about my experience at CVS. as I understand I'm not the only person that has had bad experience at this CVS.

Just had the worst custom service with the pharmacy counter… worker had a very nasty attitude and acted as if she was bothered that I called and asked a question about a medication. She was so nasty acting the phone call ended with me having to hang up before loosing my religion!! Not a place to do business at all.

Automated phone svc says Rx is ready, go to pick up in store & it's NOT ready. Wait for 10min, see Drive Thru Rx filled in less than 5 min, so I ask about my Rx & woman says it will be 15 MORE min. I was only 1 in store waiting on Rx.
