Terrible service. Put me on hold for 20 mins. Making me pay a full 20 days up front when I only need car for 4 for insurance claim. Called the Statesboro office and it's like night and day. Friendly service and they actually want to help you. Make the drive to the Statesboro enterprise. It's worth it.

Worst experience. My husband made an appt, I drove an hour an a half to the body shop dropped my car off, only to find out that they didn’t have a car for me. Left me stranded an hour and a half from home where we had to inconvenient multiple people to go out of their way to pick me up so I could get home and now I’m left without a car for however long my car is in the shop. So irritated with enterprise!!

My experience started off kind of rocky, but Brandon Mays made it all worth the wait. He literally rolled out the red carpet for me and made sure I left with a smile on my face. This young man definitely deserves a seat at the corporate table.

They're rude and they have attitudes in their cars are filthy and they're dirty and they smell like cigarettes and their tires are messed up they're not even safe to be on the road and then when you ask them a question about it they have an attitude even way before things even started off with running a car they have an attitude the manager in the manager got some nasty attitude and the answer personal calls while you're sitting there waiting they're going to answer personal call if they're so so unprofessional don't go there

Staff wasnt in a hurry to help and didnt care about trying to help someone beyond telling them "they dont have anything".Definitely WILL NOT ever recommend or use again.

Made a reservation over 11 days ago and they had no rental for us. The guy told us 2 different stories as to why they didn't. He told one to my husband when he was there and 1 to me on the phone. Claimed they were a SMALL business!!! Didn't realize Enterprise was SMALL. Don't waste your time.

Had a bad experience from the get go. Was told by my insurance that my car was reserved only to drop my personal vehicle off at the collision center and pick up a rental that they did not even have yet no one called to tell me before my 10am appointment that day. I waited around for almost 6 hours calling several times checking to see if a vehicle was ready. They finally called they had one and they did come pick me up which was very good customer service. I called 2 weeks later to let them know I would be returning the vehicle the next day only to be put on hold 3 times with 20-30 min each hold and then they hung up. Once they told me to hold the 4th time, I had to interrupt Robbie and tell him not to put me on hold again as I've been on it for over an hour that all I needed to know was what time I could drop the vehicle/what to do. He was rude on the phone saying he was short staffed and had 9 customers in front of him so in essence he told me I was not an important customer until he heard me say I was returning a vehicle then he totally changed. Other than the run ins with Robbie, the guy named Brandon (I think?) was excellent with his customer service skills and also for picking me up as well. I have worked as a sales rep for over 6 years now and their employees/processes really need to be reviewed. Car was thankfully in good shape besides it kept saying it needed the oil changed, but it was clean.

I had a reservation for the rental car to be brought to me on 02/3 since it is an option online. When i called on 02/02 just to verify so i wasn't left stranded they told me they do not bring the cars to you. So that was the first problem. I made an appt for 10:30 a.m. for 02/3 instead while on he phone. When i got there to pick the car up at 10:25 a.m. they told me that my reservation was actually made for the day prior at 2:30 p.m. and i would have to wait an hour and a half to get a car. When i went to go pay they would not accept my card. I then had to get my sister added to my insurance policy and get her debit card since mine could not be accepted. To top it off, the customer service rep was not bothered by any of this at all. It was almost as it was a joke to her. I left work and drove an hour to the rental car place just to have to wait an additional two hours after arriving. It was very unorganized. The only reason i'm even giving two is because when i dropped the rental back off the lady, Ashley, was very polite and got us seen quickly while juggling two other customers as well.
