My experience with Ferrellgas was horrible. My son accidentally hit the gas line and we shut the gas off, being afraid there could have been damage to the line. I called an appt could not be scheduled for almost two weeks. An appt. was scheduled but was never completed. A voice mail was left the night before the appt. time to reschedule until the following week. I ask for a phone call to let me know tech was on the way. I was going to be out of town and I had a neighbor that was going to come to my home to let the tech inside. The technician came and left a tag, with a message that everything had checked ok but we would be responsible if anything happened when we turned the gas back on. I once again called and lady that answered the phone was very rude. Long story short finally scheduled another appt. for the following week. The tech came , very nice man, who explained what had been repaired and checked our stove out. The process to get someone to come and repair and ensure everything took over a month. During this time we were unable to use our stove. I understand it was our fault for the repairs that were needed. I understand with Covid everyone is short staffed but a month , is uncalled for. Especially since Ferrellgas did not keep the first appointment that was made.
