Don't trust this place or use your credit card to pay for memberships. I canceled my membership because it was very expensive and I didn't come regularly. Then, after I canceled the membership, they deducted two more months from my card. They aren't a responsible company, so cancellations have to be made at the establishment because they don't answer the phone, and you can't do it online either. The place is nice, but it's all window dressing. Be careful how you handle this place. Plus the manager he is not good at all.

I came to this place on my 2008 vw the machine some how messed up my front grill. They don’t wanna pay for it. The manager said that my car was to old that the place it’s not responsible for that older than 5 years. A very stupid thing to say to a customer. My recommendation is that you don't come here if you don't have a new car. The manager doesn't know anything, and it's obvious from miles away…

The last two times I've went I specifically asked for the cheapest wash they had and twice they charged me for the $17.00 wash. Once I realized the cheapest one was a $12.00 wash I informed an employee before my car went through the wash. I was not offered a refund was told they would let their manager know. My grandmother just moved here from Atlanta and let me know she had the same thing happen to her and that was why she decided not to get a membership here. Hopefully a conversation with staff can be help to emphasize the importance of a customers specific request.

The car wash itself was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the vacuum. Even though I have extremely small hands I found it difficult to get too small places. I think the car wash would benefit greatly with the air hose that blows air for those hard to reach places, but overall very satisfied 😊

Would be great if after 10 days of being closed you could keep your business open so that people who are your paying customers, like me can wash their vehicles at some point. I’m paying for 4 vehicles and cannot wash a single one, I am sitting here watching your employees with cones blocking the entrance, not really anyone looking like they are moving to fix anything. Maybe you should be fined for charging customers a monthly fee and no providing the full monthly contract deliverables on your end.. Rest assured, if this continues I will 100% file a complaint!!!

I only give this a 2 star because of the vacuum that comes with it, and the gentlmen was nice that spoke to me. got the highest priced car wash $30 one. Because I was talked into it. This is probably the worst car wash I’ve been too. It DID not clean my car at all. Tires look dingy, car is scratched up and had to go back and wipe my car to get the spots off and from the dirty brushes that was used before the car wash that was still showing on my car after the car wash was told that was the best one because it has extra coating on it. My car looks worse than it did dirty! Please do not go here unless u want your car scratched up. Wish I could get a refund because I do not want to come back to this place.

Not worth 30$ price tag at all! The kids barely used the brushes at all, I was only 1 in line too. Only half of my tires got clean. Windshield and grill dirty, bottom of door panel not touched. Not a lifted truck either. Crappy job for 30 bucks. I'll go down the road next time.
