Staff sits in the guest lounge area having a great old time never even acknowledging us as we came and went. There was a spill on the third floor in front of the elevator they put a wet floor sign on . 4 days later when we left it still hadn't been cleaned up. Fridge reaked of fish. Toilet caulking peeled off and nasty. Corners of tub dirty like they sis a 5 minute clean hall carpets all stained. Pool closed. No one told us at check in. They said “we dont tell people that” when i asked why they didnt tell me before i unpacked. Manager didn’t care. Absolutely the worst Hilton hotel i have ever stayed at. Staff seemed to not care about anything but socializing. Hilton corporate needs to do a secret shop on this location.

I stayed here for a baseball tournament. Very disappoint the pool wasn't opened for the kids. It looked fine and supposedly it would be open Friday. Seems sketchy since we all would be gone by Friday.. Also, my car was hit there. The manager was going to watch the tape and let me know. I got a call back that cameras were down from a storm supposedly. Go figure. That's my 1st and last time staying there.

I have called and left a message for the General Manager a couple of times and fill out the form on-line to reserve a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. She can't be bothered responding to me so they just loss a lot of business and when I travel, I will make sure I don't stay with their company!

Lovely place to stay if you're driving through GA.

Stayed here for about three hours of a four night stay. The room seemed pretty okay, except for the big crack in the ceiling. But trying to sleep on the ancient mattress was an exercise in futility. The floor might have been more comfortable. Or a slab of granite. I called the front desk to see if there were any rooms with newer mattresses and was told no, and other people have asked the same thing. So, looking down the barrel of four sleepless nights, I checked out at 1:30 in morning and went to Holiday Inn Express, which has much nicer mattresses.

Please read reviews of the General Manager and Hotel
The manager claims she has been at Hilton for 18 years but has the worst reviews out of any other property manager.
The GM is rude and uneducated.
They over charge every bill.
The hotel is gross.
Check the beds and pillows.
Vidilia GA is the first city in America where the Holiday Inn is better then any Hilton Property
They will respond saying to reach out but when you do you deal with the worst customer service manager in the world….

Of the Mid Range Hiltons, Home 2 Suites is one of my favorites but not this one. It's brand new and the most expensive hotel in this town. The hotel is loud, I could hear everything that went on in the lobby. All doors slammed shut when locking causing more noise. The buffet was the worst of any Hilton I've visited. And on top of the noise, hands down, I slept on the worst pillows I've ever laid my head on when staying at a hotel. I would have been better off sleeping in my truck.

After asking the evening before and the morning prior to departure, Management was unwilling to extend the normal checkout time from 11 AM to 12 PM. The front desk said that the maid “was too busy.” ***Checking the floor, there were no maids present working on any of the rooms on my floor at 11 AM. Basically, the staff was too lazy to accommodate a Silver Level customer. There is a good reason why I prefer Marriott over Hilton. (The room was clean and comfortable however.)

Room smelled of pet urine. Breakfast bar had few selections. Rate of $200 per night seemed quite a bit high; should be closer to $125 based on my other Hilton stays.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here 3 nights thinking my total would have been around $827, I was actually charged $827 per night ($964 per night after tax/fee). I called Hilton and they opened a case because of the outrageous charge, I then spoke with the manager who told me I accepted the rate as soon as I made the reservations. I said I thought it was my total not nightly!! The manager could care less and basically said she wasn't going to do anything because there was room shortages in the area so that's why the rate was so high. This made no sense as there were others in the same hotel and area who were paying $200 to $275/nt. This is Vidalia, GA not the riviera. I've informed Southern Co. (they have many people who stay here) and I will be reporting this to Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
For $1000 per night, and being a Diamond member I asked for a late check out on my final stay. I was told no and if I were going to stay and be difficult they would call the police. I've been traveling for work for more than 30 yrs, I have never seen anything like this. Aside from all that the hotel isn't very clean at all.

Hotel was good and the service was awesome. Tanya was absolutely the best and I will return because of her service and courtesy. I was disappointed that there was no oven/stove in the room but they did give me an induction range. I was there for 22 days so it made my restuarant costs much lower. Loved the full size refrigerator and microwave. Location is center of everything with a walmart, arbys, buffet and many other stores in a 5 minute walking distance.

Has the potential to be better. Some furniture is clearly a little beat up, definitely mildew in shower, hair in room, didn’t seem like anything was vacuumed/dusted, a shower cap was left in the bathroom…. it was like they didn’t even finish cleaning or something. And here is the thing, I’m NOT trying to rip on the hotel cuz the staff was great buts it’s a big letdown for a Hilton. Seems worse than IHG hotels these days.

No towels no service at all ! I was down at the desk and there was other people with same situation and we was told it was due to the hurricane that did in fact damage areas around the town but everywhere else I went
To didn’t have any issues. I don’t know why that would have an impact of towels in our room or room service cleaning our room. Now at same time they sure did charge a premium dollar to stay at this place and couldn’t even give us towels, hand towels, clean the room. After this it made me start thinking was our room properly cleaned before we got there. If your lacking in one place usually your lacking in others.
