**UPDATE**The internet still goes out everyday. I'm paying for 15mbs and only get close to half of it!This is not against the people that work for the company because they're great. They have always tried to help solve the issues to the best of their ability but that can only go so far. The internet goes out at least once a day on a good day.... maybe if you live in town it's better but not out here. It is very frustrating because all of my TV service providers and streaming service is all online so when it goes out we are stuck with nothing for however long. When it's working it works great but that doesn't it make it any less aggravating

Worst internet out there. It's always down way over priced for 10 mbs $80 what a joke. Everything a part of the system tears up they have to call and have it shipped to them to fix it and it's always in a day or two. Most companies have backups and use the backups when it breaks down and order a new one the not this company. Had enough of paying this high just cause they know there's nothing else out this way.

As we speak I'm loading this browser with 3g data because the wifi is that slow . Currently watching Netflix load every two seconds. This internet is a huge headache.
