Went to have a girls day with my daughter as she requested her nails and toes be done.
Honestly service all around was pretty good. Our pedicures were great. I do still have a small callus on the side of my big toe, but the girl who did mine was so sweet. The girl who did my daughters was obviously pretty new, but she handled my 4 year old super well! And had so much patience with her.
I have a neurological disability so I don’t get my nails done often just because it’s embarrassing, but I’ve never had an issue before with getting them done, I’ve had acrylic, sns, gel whatever and everywhere else I’ve ever had do them has been accommodating and kind and patient… today however the owner of this salon did my nails and I honestly wanted to just walk out and cry… he just made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was a bother to him, I know my hand twitching is irritating, but I promise it’s more irritating to me and quite painful… I really just couldn’t wait to go home… HOWEVER, I guess I bothered him enough that he switched out with a different lady, I believe her name was Tammy? And Tammy was wonderful. Redeemed my entire experience. 100% was not planning on ever going back there, just out of embarrassment, but Tammy just might have changed my mind.

Ashley did a great job on my pedicure. My heels were in very bad shape, but she worked hard, and carefully executed the treatments. I was amazed at the results.

Recently moved to the area and seen great reviews about this place so I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, the wait was SO long I didn’t have the opportunity to give it a try. There were 3 people who had come in after me (2 for eyebrows, 1 for pedicure) and were taken care of before me which was disappointing.

From the first time I walked in ALONE, the environment did not feel welcoming. I signed in as instructed and informed the staff that I would be back. In the meantime, I went next door and made a purchase from Bath & Body Works. While waiting, a child in our group accidentally dropped a small item—not out of play, but simply because that’s what children sometimes do. The plan was never to keep him there long; we were just waiting until my daughter was called in before heading to the car.
I take pride in ensuring that we conduct ourselves respectfully. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling unwelcome, which is disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the atmosphere for future visitors.

I’ve not got my nails in a while but I decided to go and treat myself yesterday. I walked in and instantly felt a kind welcome and sense of peace. The employees are all very friendly and the nail salon is beautiful. The paintings on the walls are breathtaking and the designs are gorgeous!! The music is good, too!
This is the most wonderful nail salon I’ve ever walked into and the kind smiles and happiness that everyone holds is truly beautiful. Thank you for your sweetness and making me feel at home! 10/10 recommend this nail salon!

They lied about how long your wait time is because they put in the back and don't worry about you. Apparently they do their friend first. He said it would be a hour wait but we waited for 2 hours and they never did get to us so we walked out

Absolutely love this place! Took my mom there for her birthday and they were SO sweet to her, on top of her getting beautiful acrylics and us having such relaxing pedicures. This is the only nail place we go to! I love that it is so clean and organized and that the prices and services are so clear once you look at the brochures.

The pedicure I received today was absolutely divine. You get what you pay for.....pure luxury. Laci did an absolutely wonderful job. She was friendly like all the staff. Even though they were busy, nothing was rushed. Great service.

Me and my teenagers where visiting from Florida ( Mickey Mouse town) for a funeral and we wanted to get some thing's done, I needed a soak off which showed $25 bucks and plus , one my daughter's needed a pedicure starting at $35 and up and the other eyebrow wax $15 . Originally we were told a hour but some one left and it was less time. We were there for almost 2 hours and my daughter did get her pedicure but we did not get the other services as we had ran out of time waiting to do so. Upon paying we were charged an additional $3 for disposal fee which he said "oh that's in the agreement of course it's a nail shop why all the agreements ok whatever and than $1 for credit card or free for cash app or venmo." Bottom line we paid 40 bucks for a pedicure that took over a hour and a half with no gel polish just regular polish. I have read all the reviews and I understand the owner will probably backlash this. But what really got me is their sign on the desk that says the nail techs only get paid commission only, which is sad in 2024. I sat and reviewed prices for all services online compared to the other shops in the area. For the expensive services they offer it is not worth the money. This place is a rip off and not worth the prices at all. Only positive thing was my daughter enjoyed her pedicure. So I gave it one star.

I love this salon very professional and they tell you how long I have to wait and don’t have to sit there and wait , I can finish my errands, and they would call me when ready for me .very Pleased for my service.

My cousin and I went in for pedicures. The man told us it would be an hour. We told him we would come back. He told us to check in to save our place and they would call us. We never received a call. When we got back he sat us in the pedicure chairs in the back and told us there were 2 people ahead of us that were finishing up with manicures. They took other customers ahead of us after we had been waiting for 2 hours.

Very clean ,nice and the customer service is top notch. It's a little higher price wise but you definitely get great quality. The nail tech I prefer to use is Adriana, she is so sweet and always leaves me super satisfied

I prefer this establishment for manicures and pedicures in Toombs County. They prioritize quality, and Ashley, in particular, is fantastic! I appreciate her help in selecting the perfect color for each season, is very meticulous in her work, and overall does an excellent job. While it may be pricey, the quality and time invested in their work is worthwhile.
