First time buying a car out this far and I was not disappointed. Jackson and Keith Mumphery were so patient and understanding with everything. They gave me a great deal and service from the beginning to end. Keith made sure to make the whole process was done as soon as possible and with care to know he will make it work. I highly recommend stopping here for your car needs!

Was visiting Paul Thigpen this morning and had the pleasure of experiencing incredible customer service provided by Julian Quintino for my oil change and service. I drive a 2022 Infiniti and after speaking with Julian had no hesitation of not waiting to have the oil change done as I usually would at the Infiniti dealership in Macon.
Once again I highly recommend Julian and the Service Department at Paul Thigpen Chevrolet.

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Julian in service. I purchased a car Dec. 2024 and needed a copy of my warranty I bought I have called all week with no call back after leaving messages. I was sent to service and he so graciously went to finance to get it and sent me a copy with a callback. He also apologized thinking he sounded frustrated with my request but he did not at all, he was busy and the only one back there and took the time to help me out. I am in Tennessee so not close to the dealership. I really appreciate you Julian and hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for this.
