Propane in Vidalia, GA

“7/16/22 I realized my water heater was not working at my cabin. I only go to cabin about once per month. I called the Conger help line and told the lady my problem. Within minutes a service tech called me and discussed my problem. Very professionally he assessed my problem and enabled me to fix the problem. While on the phone we realized that the wrong area tech was notified but he still assisted with the issue. He was from the Valdosta area and I was in the Vidalia area but this did not stop him from assisting me. Once it was working he recommended a service call next week for an annual service of the unit and he would get the Vidalia office to handle it. I was very satisfied at this point but this was not over.Once the Vidalia office received the request the tech from that area called to asked if I needed further assistance today. We discussed getting the service next week and I told him I was satisfied at this time.This is just another confirmation that I made the right choice with my Propane gas and equipment provider.
