Furniture was not delivered when promised. When I called I was told “no need to be rude”. Y’all are the ones who didn’t uphold your end of the agreement. Then was told they could still deliver the furniture but would not be able to assemble the furniture the same day. After agreeing to that, I was then told the base did not come with the bed and that it should have been “common sense”. Asked for a refund and then went to Buddy’s. Guess what??? MY BASE CAME WITH THE BED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Definitely will never be a RAC customer again.

I have been dealing with this company for 10 plus years. Not once have a ever been told I need to put a deposit down on something they didn't have in the store. But the store in Vidalia ga did. I am shocked. I have bought at least three couches and 2 sets of washer in dryers. Not just for myself but for my handicaps sons place too. All couches was ordered in, do to they didn't have the. In the store. Not once have a been told rudely I had to put a deposit down. I'll be going to Aaron's for now on.

I love them the lowest prices I've ever seen it took me 2 months to pay off my dryer I'm working on my son game I love them because it doesn't take 12 months to pay off anything they are great friendly people I love doing business with them I also got free wireless headphones once I paid off my dryer their great guy's they really are

Shelby is the rudest, most unprofessional woman i've ever interacted with! Not only did she not accept the deal that i was given online. After taking a new payment, I was placed on hold and then was told that my payment went through but she could not see it on her end so i had to pay again for a third time. She also told me that my delivery would be delivered on a certain date and on that date i couldn't get a hold of the store, I called shelby personal number that was given to me and was instantly blocked when i tried to figure out when my delivery was coming. $200 worth of groceries went to waste due to my refrigerator not being delivered when i was told it would be. When my refrigerator did arrive, the men putting it in scratch my floor! tried calling shelby to complain but she never returns my calls and i'm always told she is busy. At this point i've had to escalate my issues to the district manager to have any of my issues taken seriously! i've dealt with other rent a center before and never had a problem! I will be recommending to everyone i know to stay clear of this rent a center as it's not worth the stress to deal with such a immature person.

I’ve been trying for weeks to get them to retrieve the furniture I have gotten from them, I’ve been doing business now for two years and was late on a payment twice and was treated very poorly because of it, I decided it was best to let them get the furniture I even mentioned my schedule to them several times explain i cannot answer my phone at work ( I work two jobs) not to mention yesterday morning I was informed by the local er that I have COVID, Ms.Shelby spoke to me directly about this insisting on still coming to get the furniture despite me having COVID 19 and this infuriates me because that is putting other customers and the employees at risk. Informed her that I could call her back when I received a negative result and was able to then sanitize the furniture but she refuses to wait insisting that they’ll come over anyway.
